Online Bill payment for landline & mobile
Snce last 10 days, I have been trying to make Online Bill payment for my landline & mobile by loging on to BSNL VALUE ADDED SERVICES PORTAL. I have spent more than 10 hours till now, but could not succeed due to BSNL PORTAL server problems.
Shame on part of BSNL.

BNL — excess bill and irregular detailing .
Hi iam using bsnl home 500c plan since 2008, for past 3 or 4 odd months iam facing problem of excess billing problem and also fault broadband usage details problem.iam now going to mention this month problem , that these included october details in my november broadband usage details , what this makes is u have to pay extra and your free bandwidth is already consumed because of inclusion of old dates in new month .
i just want to how to sue this bsnl guys ,i have full evidence over it i stored them in my system please help me to sue them for there idiotic and foolishness mistakes.
