Don't waste time for interview at bob. Use your valuable time for some other organizations...
It will first conduct a written test that contains idiotic questions. Bob employees feel like they are james gosling & they'll ask IV questions like screenshots, flow etc..Even if they do not know the answers they try to ask stupid questions...

Don’t Believe those people who all are incapable to prove them self. I also gone thru the same process... written test, Technical interview, Client Interview, Video Conference round and HR round. Currently i am working with Oracle Financial Corporation, Mumbai thru BOB Tech Solutions only. Only challenge is its a contract position. If you have confidence then only apply for jo in any company else just don’t change from your current job to blame companies. My self is Raghu Ram. Unfortunately I come to this site thru Google. I Just shocked at by seeing this posts. Who ever be seeing this postings don’t just believe. BOB Technologies is a good company. I have been placed in Wipro in March 2010 thru BOB Technologies only. Still I am working here. The best thing is I got my appraisal in the month of Oct. in just 6 months they have revised my salary with decent hike. Now a days no one is giving such hikes in 6 months. Really if you don’t have talent or no confidence and want to play with internet then only read all the work posting which has been posted earlier. If you need a job then only apply in BOB.

BOB is a good place to work. In fact I got a good project in clients place. Currently I am in Bangalore and working in a telecom based company. Don’t apply for any job in any company with negative thoughts in mind. Every company who are giving an opportunity is very important for us. I will not at all agree with those negative minded people who posted and creating a bad impression to remaining people about this company [I can say who are creating an opportunity]. Think positively. Friends don’t go into negative thoughts and don’t spoil your mind. Every where there will be a worst people, such as against to “Mahatma Gandhi” even.

BOB is giving lot of opportunity to the talented people. Utilize this company if you are very serious to learn the different process and working culture of the clients. I recommend not to go thru the concerns or wrong statements given by few people.

Hey.. this company is good at ethics man. They respect people. Don’t just blame this company. I have few friends who are working at Patni thru BOB. They never faced any problem.It sems to be a god comany.

I don’t know problems in past but from day one of my joining I never faced any problem. BOB people has given very transparent information in all the aspects. Might be few worst people has started commenting on this company and you don’t just believe them. Wh you all the best.

Hey folks… Don’t just show your finger towards some one else when they are creating opportunities.. If you don’t like.. just kickoff man. Posting in such blogs will give you self satisfaction? Might be it is for few people.. I am the person who joined in BOB Tech Solutions in the year of 2009 for one of their client in Hyderabad on Contract basis. Every 6 months they have raised my salary while changing from one project to another project. I am enjoying a lot even in my personal life. BOB is a well matured and safe company as per my experience. Don’t go for negative comments posted by few of our friends earlier. Might be it is because of their frustration. I strongly recommend Join in BOB and enjoy with different working cultures. Wish you all the best….

I have selected for on of the PCMMI 5 company in Mumbai thru BOB tech solutions in Jan 2011 as a contract employee. Now I am a permanent of my company. Infact my company has reviewed my 5 months performance and confirmed. At bob my first round is written test then Technical interview and fallowed by HR round. There after they put me to the client side interview. Now I settle down in my career. Thanks to BOB for providing such a good opportunity. I never faced any problem with BOB during my tenure.

i wasted my time for a long i want to cash this oppurtunity, but after seeing some negative comments, Iam really confused?plz tell me whether to join or not keeping in mind that iam a fake candidate...help me ...plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Worst BOB tech solutins.
On saturday[protected] i went to interview for testing domain before going to interview i made confirm whether interview is there or not they said yes it will scheduleded. When i went there i sat for 1 and an half hour and after that they told wait for another half an hour as their HR IS IN MEETING so i did. Again after almost 2 and half hour they told me come on tommorow this is the worst Exp i had with BOB tech solutions.

Please never ever join this company……………it’s a local Andhra based company where in they just take people for few months when they have work…later on.. when they does not have any work they will just terminate people by saying..Performance issue…
