Bombay Electric Supply And Transport — NON STOPPING OF BEST ROUTE NO AC 503 BOUND TO KALAMBOLI

Not just that they dont stop at certain Bus stops, there is a frequent breakdown of AC buses ; is the excuses which we recieve on delay of buses.
Request the authorities to atleast increase the frequency of AC buses on 503 route as there is a lag of one hour if any buses is cancelled.

Yesterday i was waiting at Duncan (Bombay Oxygen Bus Stop ( Mulund (West)) for BEST Bus Route no 512, Bus No 514 since 9.45 hrs, The 512 bus arrived at 1008 hrs, but to my surprise DRIVER of the bus didn't bother to stop the bus at the stop but rather drove further and stopped far ahead, how can anyone run behind the bus expecting the bus to stop and moreover very frequently the buses dont have any signboard indicating no. or the destination which becomes very very difficult for the passengers. On the other day when I asked about it to the conductor he is saying madam that he is shouting from the bus and telling the route. Is it the way ? SOme of the buses have nos. written with white chalk which is not at all legible and in the rains it gets washed off.

Request the BEST Administration to take these issues seriously and please take drastic measures so that the passengers dont suffer.

Sir, I am living in chawl/shed from my 1954 ( which evidence is with me, like my fathers school living certificate, and 1957's city civil servey plan record )We ( other 11 members also) paying rent to the our landlord.Now landlord is going to redevelope the main cess bldg.which is situated in another seperate plot, with our non cess plot.He is giving area of 330 sq.ft.to cessed building tanents & he is saying to us that is can only give us our exisiting carpet area. He will earn lot profit from his new cell building which he can get from intesive f.s.i with govt.rule.
Is this is right or wrong? what is the rule for situation? can MHADA/MBRR BOARD has a permission to give the NOC for this (our)type of non-cess plot? OR there is any posibility to settlement with us from landlord side? I am thinking about file the suit against landlord.Plese give me soloution.

As you I know since 1980 that from carnak bunder to worli and from (Bhaoo ka dhaka) ferry wharf through dockyard road, mazagon, noor baug, jj, do tanki when double decker bus runing through these all routs really it was looking so nice but now-a-days double decker buses BEST reduce whay we dont know, and what the reason as everybody know that "DOUBLE DECKER" MUMBAI KI SHAN HAI, we are kindly request to start this SHAAN to Carnack Bunder road as well as Bhaoo Ka Dhakka to JM Mehta Marg(Pedar Road).
