I had booked ticket for Navina Cinema, Kolkata through book my show.The Debit card of SBI used and deducted the amount but did not get any ticket or confirmation.The POS NO. was [protected], txn882434 dated 26/01/2017 at 11:47:14pm.This is the sample of DIGITAL INDIA, WHO WILL BEAR SUCH TYPE OF HARASSMENT?

I have booked three ticket on 5th March only the amount got deducted.
However till now not received any confirmation of the ticket.This is not the way of treating customers.
At this situation the customers will be expecting response from your end.
As unable to book the ticket and the amount will be refunded a soon as possible.
Not receiving any message and not getting any response from bookmyshow.
It's so pathetic, annoying...Not good for customer who book the ticket from bookmyshow and facing issue without any message confirmation as it's booked.
