BPL/LOOP is a service provider the customer care executives are dumb they dont have any knowledge with which they can help the customers they are not quick to the services which are asked for internet or MMS service they'll provide the way they want i just asked for free browsing service and the the activated something else due to which i lost rs. 50/- unnecessarily as i have a prepaid card on enquiring abt it they were too rude to answer n after the money has been deducted then they make us understand the whole process they dont make things clear wid the customers b4 hand I SUGGEST EVERYONE LOOP IS A COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICES ARE EVEN WORST PLZZZZZZZZZZ DONT GO 4 IT
