[Resolved]  Bramha Builders — Cheating by Bramha Builders

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a 2BHK flat with M/s Bramha Builders, Pune at Bramha Avenue, Kondhwa Pune about 3 years back.
Now Iam facing lot of problems like there is lot of noise as public road has been started through society, lot of the ammenities not yet provided which was promised by builder. There is no proper maintenance, no formation of society, no sales deed etc.
Complained to builder so many times but in vain.
Request you to look in to the matter urgently.

Bramha Corp is the most organized and professional real estate enterprise I have ever seen. I have no complaints as such as they have delivered at every point. We lit, filled with amenities and great space. I think they have set a benchmark for other builders to follow! Kudos!
