Dear sir Refer our letter dt 13 Aug 2009 addressed to Branch Manager ,LIC of india (Br code no-557) Dhanbad Br , Office No 11, BP AGRAWAL BULDING, DHANBAD. I have submitted the discharge voucher against matured LIC policy no[protected] to pay the matured value along with interest for delayed payment from 29 apr 2008(maturity date). In spite of regular reminder the matured value has not been paid. Request issue cheque for matured amt at the earliest.
