[Resolved]  Brilliant Tutorials — BT has stopped taking classes

Brilliant Tutorials (henceforth called BT) conducts preparatory tutorial classes for 11th, 12th and IIT JEE, other engineering entrance exams. My son [Akshay Jangir] also attends a 2-year classroom programme [session 2010-12, Enrolment No I2PS12HG0072] in BT, Gurgaon, Haryana centre to prepare for Engineering entrances.

BT has stopped taking classes without any prior notice to students and parents after 15th Oct 2011.

This complaint is for a case of Fraud and Cheating by Brilliant Tutorials. In view of the above, I intend to file criminal proceedings against the BT Management for ruining careers and lives of thousand of students, misappropriation of funds, fraud & cheating poor parents who are completely at the mercy of these institutes.
