i have recived an offer letter without an interview . for the designation of Maintencnce Executive, I don, t no its fake or genuine

i online interview passed for the british glass industries for the post of instrument technician and company contact to me contect person's name is ERIC BLAIR and his designation is human resource manager
he send me a on line offer latter and he has commeted to 5 years contract period but his land line number is not mention so i do not talk with so please give me a number and conformation of the company status. companys address is as above:

I got a offer letter from the human resources mamager Mr. Eric blair, after that I was asked to pay a sum of 850 GBP for my residence and work permit visa which i paid through a liason agent. I was then asked to send a scanned copy of the counter foil paid to the liason agent through ICICI bank. which I did as told. after that they sent me a scanned copy of residence and work permit which I thought was genuine. after this i was again asked to pay 1100 GBP for my travel insurance and the labour commission certificate which i borrowed and paid them all this was done through a expert travel agent called barr, clifford marc from the clifford chambers office. after that they said I could travel at the earliest . noa gentleman from the malaysian customs called meup to say that the employer has sent cash inside the packet with my travel documents and not declared it before so I have to pay 3500 USD to release the packet from the customs and receive it. Now I gather and dead sure that I have been duped and they are still asking me for more money. I am in a big mess as I dont know what to do. Please suggest

I received JOB Office from British Glass / UK for Production manager;
I dont have money... as per industry norms everything including visa, airfare and accommodation is arranged by employer. Kindly do the same and I would come there
