Kind attn.to my Rep.to DGM Maya Enclave dt.22 July.09 I have paid meter replacement charges with my current bill. My request (i) that previous meter was burnt due to short circuit of bses cable for which I had put up a mail as back as March 09, therefore this not being customer fault, replacement amount is liable for refund pl. and (ii) Again the Cable is still showing sparking. Staff attending complaint told - new cables provision sanction is required. This is department's responsibility. Action needs urgent attention pl. Was this information helpful? |
