[Resolved] BSES Delhi — bunch of wires lying at our balcony of house

This is for your information that BSES is not taking care of loose wires lying anywhere. Yesterday a pole has been dropped due to heavy weight on it. Our address is Flat No.4. Street No.15, WZ-6A, FF, New Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi 110018. A huge bunch of wires is lying at our balcony and heavy weight adjancent to pole there. We have done complaint for the same to BSES people they had told us there is no other option to remove the wires as we need support for them and our balcony is giving support to wires. Kindly take a necessary action as we are sending photographs of wires for your reference. Hope you can understand the problem. My no is [protected] and my name is Sandhya. BSES DELHI — Insured name wrongly mentioned
