Sir, This is complaint for Electricity Theft. Mr. mulak raj Address:WZ 26 d third floor village tihar subash nagar New Delhi.110018 He is Theft Electricity. He has One A.C.+ 2 T.V+4 Computer+ 2 Frez+ 8 Room on Rent 2 Water Heavy Motor.

He theft electricity in night he has one switch of electricity theft. Mr. mulak raj is a business man he runing own factory in ground floor and in 500 gaj same electriccity theft in factory
