[Resolved] Bses — VERY LOW VOLTAGE

I am Madhu Maheshwari. I live in Navjeevan Vihar. My full address is 61, Navjeevan Vihar, New Delhi-17. I would like to draw your attention towards my complaint regarding low voltage. We are facing this problem last 3 days and regular complaining on your customer care no. But not get any response from your side and we are still facing the same problem. The voltage situation is really bad, so much low that we are not able to use our electrical appliances. The input voltage is below 200Volts which is very low. After taking to BSES, we were visited by a representative... who just told us that nothing can be done about the issue. Please look into this matter.

I am Nisha Negi. I live in Dayalpur. My full address is D-1/140, dayalpur. I would like to draw your attention towards my complaint regarding low voltage. We are facing this problem last 10 days and regular complainting on your customer care no. But not get any response from your side and we are still facing the same problem. The voltage situation is really bad, so much low that we are not able to use our electrical appliances. The input voltage is below 200Volts which is very low. Please look into this matter.
