Sub: Defective Meter (CRN No. [protected])

Dear Sir,

Yesterday morning(31.05.2011), reading checkers came to my home to check the reading, they found that my domestic meter is defective & not showing proper reading.

You are to kindly requested to see the defective meter & replace it as soon as possible.
