[Resolved]  BSES Rajdhani Power Limited — OTHERS CHARGES

Respected Sir/Madam, I would like inform you that i am consumer of BSES RAJDANI POWER LIMITED and having two connection , one is domestic and other is commercial . First connection on my Name" Raj Wati" CRN No:-[protected] and other on my Late Father-in-laws " Lt. Shri Devi Ram" CRN No.:-[protected] who was expired in 2006(Death Certificate-Plz See attachment). I have already pay the billing amount on time and before due dates for both connection.And our family shifted to this house in 2006. And from that period to till date we have already paid the electricity bill as my best knowledge i don't have any outstanding amount.
But I am shocked when i received current bill for Rs.95017.99 as Other Charges plus total current charges is Rs. 3594.30. Total Amount Payable is Rs.98610.(see attachment)
I am not getting why they have added other charges for Rs. 95017.99 ,,,,???? why....???
I am already paid the last billing amount for Rs. 1470 for August 2011 month.(see attachment). And I am very upset and mentally disturbed.In past year from 2000 to 2007 we had filled a court case against that property because of family violence and properties dispute. Then finally in 2006 we got this house as ancestor properties. But we didn't know about any outstanding billing amount.
We started living in that house with my husband and children . And clears all dues as i know.
So I want to file a case against BSES RAJDANI POER LIMITED .. Why they were not informed us before.??? Why they added such huge amount in my current bill of Rs. 3594.30...???As we are not consumed any such excess units of electricity..??? I don't want to pay such amount to that company...
