bses rajdhani power limited — Faulty Meter Cable
Respected Sir,This is to inform you about the complaint i made yesterday,7th july,2010 to BSES customer care center regarding no power supply. The billing details are as follows- CRN No. [protected], New K No. 2640 T131 0350. The complaint number is 1705.
Till now no one has come for rectification of the problem.Sparking is taking place in the wires connected to the meter.
Also, Meters of the whole block where i reside are connected very closely to each other and if a major sparking takes place resulting in electrical fire.
Kindly take the necessary action to the complaint as soon as possible or if any disaster takes place then whole responsibility rests with BSES Rajdhani Power Limited.

BSES RAJDHANI NEW DELHI — FAULTY METER
Dear Sir/Madam,I am a tenant and staying at 91-A, LIG Flats, Pocket-12, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi-25.
For last several month i am paying my bill( Average bill i rececived every alternative month @ Rs 1500) on time . This month suddenly i bill amount rose up to Rs 10500. I called electrician to see any theft from my meter bu tthat was find ok.
I got a surprise last week when i was away from my home for three days when my meter consumed 50 units. It is a big surprise to me. I lodge a complain at BSES office via complain no. [protected].But nothing has been done.
Please help me to get out from this problem.
