[Resolved]  BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd — Electricity Poll open & hanging Wire Connection

Dear Concerned,

This Complaint is relating to BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd South Delhi, We are the resident of Krishna Park (Gupta Farma) Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi 110062.

That there is a electricity Poll nereby the D 273-274, which provide electricity connection to 15-20 meters. All the connections are opened wire without wrapping any tape etc. It caused plasting & overloading & fire on continue basis adter one or two days. That a Poll may have to point at the prescribed distance but BSES has not do so, Wheather they did not do so. There are nos of wire hanging over the flats & residences. It looks so ugly.

There are nos of Valcony nearby the cables. Which may caused casualty at any time. We have make complaint again & again to point a another poll next to this & reinstain the connection through the proper box, But they has'nt do it so far. so We again request you & wish that you will react it soon.

the problem is that the electricity poll which is installed only the distance of 2 foot of my balcony .The connection of this poll wires are not properly joined and even not covered so any one touched accidently them and the cover of distribution box installed at the poll always remains open , the short circuit and fire took place every one or two days. and its also leak heavy current . Children playing in the street can accidently touch it and there might be such a huge accident . i personally visited many times at the complaint centre, division office but no action has been taken till date.It is requested you to look into the matter and took neccessary action .I will be grateful to u thanks
