[Resolved]  BSES Rajdhani Powers Ltd — loose wires on pole no 614 11000 volts

Dear sir,
my name is M.S.Bhandari my electricity CRN no is [protected] and i am making complaint for last six months for taking proper care of the pole no 614 at shiv vihar nilothi extention nangloi the box is open and wires are all jungling and hanging in a very dangrous way and due to this light supply friquently disrupted and the local inhabitents themselves try to reinstate electric supply with a long wodden log and some time they ride up on the pole to restore electricity supply it is certainly a life threat to comman man but they have no option as no concern authority of bses is looking into the matter seriously. Problem is serious as no thimbles and insulater are fixed inside the box on the pole and all eight to ten connection alloted to nearby houses houses are at very high risks. Light goes off from the pole verr frequently and people them selves try to reinstate the current by beating the jungle of wire with dandas. may i request to concernauthority to kindly take proper step to avoide any mishappning in near future as this is the rainy season and any mishappning may happen any time.
