Dear Sir/mam,
I was trying to make payment of my electricity bill and due to some error in programming the amount was transferred to an account.
We have going to BSES office at Karkarduma for almost more than a month now. we wrote to branch manager who in return asked us to get an affidavit done which we did. Now after more than a month Karkarduma brand head has returned our application stating that only person who can do this is on leave because of her wedding. Is this the way BSES work, after one and half months of going to office BSES and filling the forms.
Please help and let us know who can get this payment reversed in my account.
I have attached the bank transfer details and screenshot of wrong payment.
