Sir,

I am molly Jose from angamaly using combo500 broadband plan, phone no. is 2457625.

Problems found

1. On 27th October when I check my usage details it show a download of 319* mb. On that time, I did not download any huge files. I know about the limit 1.5GB and use only between the limits. On that day, its found that my browser cache was less than 20 mb (increased my browser cache limit to 1 GB). There is some mistakes on usage details.
2. Another problem is Bsnl internet service is not following GMT time. Its 2 minutes faster than GMT time.
3. I am using u Torrent to download. If i close u Torrent before 8am and continue browsing then it will show a download with the same speed (max speed is 200kbps).

please correct the above problems or suggest what to do next

    BSNL CELLONE SERVICE IN ASSAM IS VERY POOR.WHEN BSNL IS BOASTING FOR PROVIDING 3G SERVICES,IN PRACTICE BSNL IS WASTING THE RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR THE NATION BY NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES THEY MEANT TO PROVIDE. IN THE NAME OF GOVERNMENT DEPT. THEY ARE PLAYING THE ROLE OF DICTATORSHIP INSTEAD OF DEMOCRACY.
    IN MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected], GPRS IS NOT WORKING FOR MANY DAYS AND I HAVE CALLED 30 TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT IS REALLY SAD TO SAY THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE SO FOOLISH THAT THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT THE INTERET PROFILE BSNLNET IS ALSO USED IN PHONE VIDEO STREAMING.IN FACT THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS VIDEO STREAMING....OH WHAT A BLOW TO SUBSCRIBERS.NOW SUBSCRIBERS HAS TO TRAIN THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THEIR JOBS.
    BSNL CELLONE ASSAM REALLY A LOOSER....

    TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA CAN CHARGE PRIVATE OPERATORS CRORES OF RUPEES IF PROPER UTILIZATION OF BANDWIDTH IS NOT DONE. WHY CANNOT THEY MAKE BSNL CELLONE SERVICE BETTER? IS THIS INDEPENDENT SOVEREIGN INDIA? I DON'T AGREE..

    ohh atlast the gprs issue is fixed..thanks for the delayed but effective response from bsnl cellone assam..
    Anyways, BSNL should keep 2-3 knowledgeable JTO's ihaving BTECH degree in the customer service to co-ordinate the customer complaints directly to Network technical team.This will make its services really acceptable for customers.
    Atleast mobile engineers like me will not be abused by foolish customer care people by giving me absurd informations like bsnlnet profile is used only for pc browsing and not for phone browsing and atleast they will know some important terms in mobile technology like video streaming, difference between data and voice service...etc etc...

To unsubscribe send UNSUBTJOKE to 58888”. This is for your kind information I have neither send any messeage not made any call to subscribe for this kind of service. Why I send message to unsubscribe because I am not subscribe any services. For this service which is not activated by me content provider has been wrongly deducted my balance Rs. 10/-. I have also made complaint in your customer care (24365) Dated[protected] Docket No. 4407991. However, your executive does not solve my problem until date. So I request you to please check content provider service for wrongly deduction of Rs. 10/-. Please refund my balance Rs. 10/- which is wrongly deducted by content provider withou my permision. This is for your best knowledge to say that I have not received any jokes from content provider. So I again request you please refund my balance of Rs. 10/- immediately.

      BSNL PREPAID MOBILE SERVICES — deduction of Rs. 5.40 From pre paid balance

      I am using BSNL prepaid mobile services with no [protected] An amount of Rs. 5.40 have been deducted from my prepaid balance acount on 24th november 2009. But I have not used any services.

        BSNL Bradband poor connection from Mannargudi (Thanjavur). I'm not receiving any Internet connection from BSNL. I just got very good connection for twelve days only, now no more, every mounth this is the situvaion, waste of money even BSNL saying this much service only we can provide. BSNL providing verygood offers but we are not able to use them because of poor service. Please take a action for a good service from BSNL Bradband.

        BSNL Broadband — not taken their responsibility for his bradband service,

        dear sir,
        here I would like to say that we are surviving from very poor service from BSNL Broadband.they are not responding us we are facing lot of problems.
        our branch office in patna having a BROADBAND service for our trading house and etc.our service sector is based on good service from us, but due to BROADBAND we are suffering.
        sir either you try to take any action against them, either we go for shutdown.
        we have allready complained for this since last 6 days but they not responding properly.
        Mr. brajesh mishra (sdo) told us "ee sab to hote rahta hai ".this problem we are facing only in bihar,

        Broadband connection Problems.Ph. No.[protected]
        Hi,
        I had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far.My phone no. is[protected] Its been 5 months since i took the broadband connection, but the internet is pathetic. The broadband connectivity is not logging shows earer 678 . I had place more complaint in several time, and the current complain docket number is D1775 and according to the officials there would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified.But I had pay rental for broadband service Rs. 500/- per month. Its a shame that the conncectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.

          Mr.Parihar, employee of BSNL in Singrauli Exchange, is mostly unavailable in the office, during office hours. The security guard or other staff are unable to give any information about time of his availability.

          This complaint is being placed after several observations, and sufferings, as I had to miss my office to submit my request and get acknowledgement.

          Kindly, ensure that he remains present during office hours, for which he is paid from our money (as tax payers).

            On 28/10/2010 at 10:37:49 am, i recharged my mobile no +91-[protected] through easy recharge (pre- paid) for Rs.500/- . I got the message that i'd received prepaid credit of Rs. 500/- from no 294134 on 28/10/2010 at 10:37:49 am, ref. no. .[protected]

            but STV 500 for bsnl free voice net sevice not activated my no..
            My main balance deducted ....
            I talked 3-4 times with customer care but their reply was unsatisfactory...
            Plz gave me satisfication earlier.....

              Dear Sir,
              Recently I purchased bsnl 3g modem ,a Teracom product and got a 3g sim with it and it worked properly for 2 days then when I would press Connect Tab it showed message"The PPP link control protocol was terminated." I tried again and again but for no positive result. I tried reinstalling software that too didn't work and later this sim was rejected by bsnl.They gave me new sim with extra 60 Rs charge but even this sim is also showing same message.On the other hand in same modem my 2G sim is working and showing connectivity.
              Please look through the problem.

              DONT BUY BSNL DATA CARD ...ITS FAKE SERVICE...THIRD CLASS...
              it sucks...got disconnected every 5 minutes...I am facing same problem
              the same issue i'm facing here in vellore i bought it on 3rd dec 2010 till tody morning it was working fine since i was checking the download speed for this teracom model bsnl 3g 7.2Mbps it was poorest of poor even though it shows the max recieved as 109Kbps but the download speed is 3kbps and it disconnects often if you download files more than 5MB and it take 45min to download this 5MB file... i thought it would be worth of price since rs700/Mth for 6months 4200 is good offr since the normal LAN connection costs 750/Mth for unlimited usage, but i never expected this kind of drawback will be there in this 3G data card 7.2Mbps, not even 1Mbps for down load speedm and more over this "PPP link control protocal termiated" error occured today 7 dec 2010 at 9am i uninstalled the software and tried to reinstall it but my usb port says hardware not working properly and in device manager it shows under oters dropdown an yellow question mark on the usb device management, when i enquired the bsnl customer care they answered as of they were hearing this issue for the first time and replied me we'll find out this issue, i want justice for this issue and more over is was irretating when people in banglore and delhi and mumbai are getting 4.5Mbps of down load speed why its only 0.22Mbps esp in chennai and vellore and other places and more over the worst thing is sharing the same ip addres default gateway for every bsnl 3G datacard in india, is any one can respond for this truly which will be helpful for other consumers who opt for 3g connection esp BSNL 3G triband. but i dont find any true heart who have rplyed for the above comments and found any resolution for these issues, i will happy if some one replys with a perfect resolution. God bless India??????
              I too have the problem of getting the same error and not getting connected. I have paid Rs 10, 877 for a 19 month plan to get the data card free but in vain. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software does not solve the problem, Who will get the damn thing going for me?

              I too have the same problem, for every five minutes i loose the connection. Yesterday night have the same protocol problem but now its working. But I don't know how long it will work, but I want to concern the consumer court if I got the same problem next time.

              I think companies are there to rob people, other companies are giving 3G services at very huge charges, and bsnl which gives 3g at low cost but they dont have persons who care for giving proper services, all (most) of people in bsnl are just working as per their schedules, no one is worried for loosing their job if dont work well or dont maintain well, even from top designated person to the bottom classed person to, all are set there with fix income with secured life with all facilities., so who would care if not getting good service by customer, afterall they are getting their bills from landlines, mobiles and some others so why would they care for new launched services, .. even i am using wired broadband and that also gets fluctuated at every now and then, many many many times complained, also got response everytime, but issue is still there as it was before, i.e. not having perfect connectivity, so i bought 3g of bsnl, but now i am also getting the same error of ppp..., but overall i love my India and Mera Bharat Mahan

              I am using BSNL 3G(3.6mbps) data card on 'windows xp professional'.

              I am getting the following error while signal lost and I am trying to connect again,

              ==the modem(or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly==

              (or)

              ==The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection==

              After this error, I cant able to connect. I am always getting the above errors. I have to restart my PC to reconnect to net.

              So, per day I m restarting more than 10 times. Please anyone help me.

              BSNL people should reply as soon as possible...
              I too got this problem but it is resolved after I uinstalled and reinstalled the bsnl 3g application. For this one can go to the start menu->program>bsnl 3g>uninstall

              BSNL — have blocked my default gateway

              Dear friends,
              I too face same problems time and again. I could manage the PPP link ... problem by doing following steps. Try this ...

              - Open Network & sharing center from control panel.
              - Open Mange Network connections.
              - Right click on 3G modem.
              - Click on Properties, click on Options, click on PPP settings.
              - Clear check box against "Negotiate multi-link for single connection" and click OK.
              - In Network connections click OK and close.

              This may help you. But there is no way to improve the speed. Try and mail me your experience.

              bsnl 3g /vision tek modem — very low speed 3g

              I'm using bsnl 3g visiontek modem . i recharge my number for 1099 speed up-to 3.2 to 7.1 mbps. i have full tower and my home located near to the bsnl office. but my browsing and downloading speed is very less.but some time it will raise . very poor service from bsnl 3g.               I am using INDEX modem it's like any SIM can be use in that modem . i was bought Nov-2012 3'rd but still now are same problem

              Please check and follow details given on these sites, they MAY give solution to yours problem, but this problem is mostly network based, it is resolved after repeated trials of attempt for establishing connection. On your modem software keep clicking "Connect" even after "PPP link control protocol terminated" displays.click ok to pop-up and keep trying "Connect".

I am not using bsnl handygo fever service, but every week i get a msg that your fever service will renew in next two days to unsubscribe send 'UNSUBSCRIBE' to 55678. After sending the same i get another msg that 'temporary problem plz retry later but Rs. 2 is deducted each time. So plz unsubscribe this service right now.

But it asks for customer id that is given on our telephone bill....But it is not accepting anything printed on my bill i have filled each n everything that looks like an customer unique id but it is not accepting anything. On[protected] the modem is not working and the dsl function is out of oder. so I reported to my service exchange, Nambali in Nagercoil telecom district and the authorities asked me to wait for one week, after One week I approached to the same office and I got the same one week extension that their is no modem, after few days when i approached them and I got an old unworking modem and with that modem i returned to my home, later I found that the modem is not working, Then i approached and complained them for another modem after two weeks they called to my landline and reported that your modem is ready and I gone their and recived the another modem, when I connected to my computer at home I found that this modem is also in out of working condition. I am mentally disturbed unnecessarily walked to pillar to post to their exchange. More over iam liable to pay the bill amount for this month without using the broadband, Now without any way iam using an hire modem from my relatives for my daily purpose, i have complained this matter to kanyakumari collector by online and complaint register number is TA/10/64485. Till now i did'nt get any service from anybody, Iam a retired Government employee Iam unable to walk to pillar to post. So please take necessary action sir.

                      I would like to give you a feedback about your services to client that my Phone No.[protected] is dead since last one month & I have requested many times to JE, SDO-Indriapuram Exchange, but no action has been taken till now & daily i listen that line is there to repair the phone . Your computerised complained Ph. also doesn’t work so cannot tell you complain no also.

                      I requested Line Man of Indriapuram Exchange also but they talk very rudely to their client.

                      This is very unfortunate that reputed company like a BSNL is behaving like this to their customer.

                      If your team is not able to repair the phone Pl. ask me, I would say you thanks & bye... I will find out second alternate. But this is not good for us that we request like a bagger to repair phone every day.

                        I made a request for the shifting of my land line connection no.[protected] in the month of Aug. 2010 from Murali Nagar, Madhavadhara, (Industrial Estate Exchange) to Madhurawada ( Opp. Car Shed Jn. exchange). It took almost one month for the shirting. The above phone facility was with a Broad Band under Home Plan. Even though the shirting of the telephone took pace in the fag end of Sept. 2010, I could not be provided the Broad Band facility for almost another 10 days. After a long pursuasion and complaint to the DE, on[protected] I could get the BB facility. Till then i.e. upto July, 2010 I paid the telephone bills & there were no arrears. The monthly bill for Aug. 2010 payable in Sept. 2010 could not be received by me inspite of my clear cut information with regard the change of address to the concerned authorities. I received the Bill for the month of Sept. 2010 payable in Oct. 2010 with some call charges & monthly Broad Band facility charges of Rs. 750/-. I paid the bill well before time - on[protected]. Inspite of prompt payment of my Sept. 2010 bill, my telephone line was disconnected with a message that some amounts were due. After verifying from the call center I could understand that the bill for Aug. 2010 of Rs. 923/- was not paid by me. I paid the samel on[protected]. My request to the concerned authorities is that when I was not able to utilize the telephone & Broad Band facility for the month of Sept. 2010, the charges for Broad Band facility of Rs. 750/- should not have been charged. Since I had paid the bills upto date, the excess charges be appropriated in the next bills. From the previous payment records also the concerned authorities may verify that I was always a prompt paymaster. Pl do the needful at the erliest.

                          I got connection of MyWay IPTV from BSNL on 10th of Oct. They disconnected my connection on 28th oct. But it was supposed to be one month free subscription. The reason when I enquired to the customer care I got to know that they have by mistake entered mode of payment as cheque but i had paid in cash. The customare care person told me that the person who received cash from me had submitted a cheque instead of cash which bounced. Everytime when i call to customer care they say wait for 24 hours to resolve the issue. And it is now 5 days over for the same. I suspect the person who accepted the cash from me has cheated because I am trying to call him.He is not receiving my call.Even i called from different mobile numbers he recognize my voice and disconnect it.Even i messaged him to receive my call or i will have to go to police station he has not responded yet. I am helpless now. I dont know what legal action i can take.Please suggest me the legal procedure.

                            A HUMBLE REQUEST TO BSNL OFFICIALS - LUCKNOW
                            Sir,
                            1. In this very era in India, when BSNL along with government, is promising to provide High Speed Data connectivity to far distant areas, my location is at very negligence!
                            2. I am fed up with my Dial-up- connection and looking for BSNL's Broadband to come to my location.
                            3. I am residing at Bhikhapurwa, Asti Road, Bakshi Ka Talab (B.K.T.) Lucknow .Which is just 900 mtrs from BSNL telephone exchange in B.K.T.
                            4. There is no BSNL's telephone Line to connect with at Asti Road.
                            5. I visited Bakshi Ka Talab's Local BSNL office and head office at Indira Nagar- Lucknow Many times. But officials said - "Telephone Lines are not allowed at your location - Asti Road" The reason is unknown to me.
                            6. Asti Road is the Educational hub for B.K.T., there are three Schools in the diameter of 1 km. each having a bulk not less than 3000 students and well equipped computer labs.
                            7. There is one Mangement Institute and two other PG Colleges.

                            So, please give a glimpse at the matter.

                              My residence is at 2/87 Pandian nagar,Tirumangalam,madurai-625706 ,tamil nadu. My residence is on open road, no conjession, Infact Sunrays and raindrops are easily come at my residence, still BSNL Signals here are poor.                                   Similarly after verification of old massage i find that the first time they had activatd CRBT with out my request and had charged Rs. 28/- on 30/9/2010 but i wa not alert on that occation.
                                  Please arrange to re-credit of Rs. 56/- (debited twice Rs. 28/-) as i had never requested for such BSNL CRBT activation.
                                  BSNL CRBT activation may also be discontinue with immediate effect.
