Dear Sir/Madam,

We are the consumer of BSNL tele communication Hyderabad since 2nd January, 2004.

Landline Phone connection holder name(Father): Mohd Sarmuddin

Phone Number:[protected]

We have applied for Caller ID phone because we received many unnecessary calls from unidentified persons.

We have received a phone which is not working properly. Now the phone is dead and we are not receiving any help or support neither from BSNL nearest office (Motinagar) nor from the Ameerpet main branch.

When we asked for the Caller ID phone in BSNL office they are clearly saying that they cannot provide. They are asking to take the phone box which does not have Caller ID feature.

We have lodged many complaints to get this service for which we paid. No action has been take till now. As the phone is dead we are not receiving any calls and every month we are receiving minimum bill to pay.

Kindly help us to get the caller ID phone box as soon as possible.

    My telephone number[protected] is not working for the last 10 days. Whenever I pick some noisy sound is heard. I do receive some of the calls (not all the calls) but the other end voice is not clear to answer.

    I am Nikhil Aggarwal resident of 150 Groud Floor , Gyan Khand - III , Indirapuram , Ghaziabad - 201010 , having a telephone no.[protected] which is not working since the date of installation i:e six months back , i am moving from pillar to post to rectify the problem but in vain. Nobody is bothered to rectified the problem , every time i went to the office , they are just giving false promises.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice my bsnl landline no[protected] from the below address is not working . we have complained many times from BSNL office telephone exchange at Washi Dist kolhapur.Maharashtra The people who work their does not responding to our complaints.

      FROM 31 OCT 2011 MY POSTPAID CONNECTION [protected] IS NOT ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES. COMPLAINT NO. OF 2 NOV MORNING 1108109.
      CUSTOMER CARE STAFF NAMED SHANTANU ON 2 NOV 2011 ACTED RUDELY AND FAILED TO CONNECT TO THE SENIOR STAFF. OTHER STAFF ALSO KEPT THE LINE FOR HOLD FOR MINUTE... ALMOST HALF AN HOUR BUT DID NOT CONNECT TO THE SENIOR OFFICERS.

      THIS IS A ROUTINE AFFAIR WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL.

        I have a pre-paid mobile connection ([protected]). The connection was obtained after submission of required application, identity proof (copy of PAN Card) and residential proof (copy of BSNL Landline Bill). The SIM was issued by BSNL Head Office at Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar (behind IDCO Towers). I used the phone for about six months. Now, the outgoing calls are barred and and I am asked to contact customer care. I did so today (2nd Nov 2011)...

        I have registered for transfer of my LANDLINE phone #+[protected] on 19th of Oct and was informed that the connection should be transferred within 10 days. Till date, connection is not transferred and after calling 20 times to various helpline numbers, I finally got details that the transfer of connection will get 2 months. Please help me to resolve the query as 2 months is quite a long period. Due to this, my broadband connection is also pending.

        I have requested my BSNL LANDLINE connection from Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore to HSR Layout, Sector-1, Bangalore on 8th May, 2012.

          My BSNL 3G prepaid number is [protected]. It had validity time till 30/05/2012. I recharged BSNL 3G with Rs. 400 on 1.11.2011 and expecting a full talk time and of course a validity extension. But I got messages in my BSNL 3G inbox which shows that neither my balance has been increased by 400 nor my validity period has extended.
          Message : “Your account will be soon exhausted.Your main balance is null valid until 30/05/2012.”

          Earlier I have registered a complaint regarding the same issue but havent got any answer. Now after recharging again with Rs. 400, I am facing the same problem.

          What am I supposed to do?
          I am also getting the same message . I ported in into BSNL last night . and now not able to recharge my account. and getting the same message. help me too...!!!1

            My name is Group Captain V Madhusudhan Reddy, from Indian Air Force serving at College of Air Warfare in Secunderabad. I reside at Tirumalgherry. I have applied for a new BSNL Land line connection on 08th July 2011. The representative of BSNL Mr. B Ravinder came home and collected an amount of Rs. 500/- as deposit. Few days after that, I was called and given a telephone number,[protected] stating that this number has been allotted to me and the telephone would be provided in two days time. Ever since I have been contacting BSNL SDO Tirumalgherry Mr. Swamy. Initially I have been told that there is a problem with cable and later problems with casual labour. I have put in repeated complaints at BSNL Office by visiting personally. Every time, I have been given assurance that the phone would be provided very soon. I go out of Hyderabad frequently and am facing lots of inconvenience in terms of contacting my family as the mobile connectivity is poor at this place. I have even requested to cancel my connection for which the response has been not to worry and that the phone would be provided soon. Please do the needful and advice me on the course of action to be taken. Regards.

            MY NAME IS A.V. BHARATHKUIMAR . I reside at Tiruvannamalai. I have applied for a new BSNL Land line connection with broad band on 27th september 2011. The representative of BSNL collected an amount of Rs. 500/- as deposit through demand notes(bill no [protected], ac.no. [protected]. ) and they allotted telephone number,[protected] stating that this number has been allotted to me and the telephone would be provided in two days time. I have raised this complaint in chennai BSNL customer care website on 18-Oct-2011 and went personally to tiruvallur BSNL telephone exchange office to write about complaint and till now no one has turned up to sort out this issue.I kindly request you to look into this issue as soon as possible and restore the phone line at the earliest.

                    I am using BSNL broadband service from more than one year, I am facing problems with wireless modem which I have purchased from BSNL since 1 Month. I have submitted my complaints even in written to the BSNL office but no service has been delivered till now and the problem is not solved. They give an assurance to solve the problem but no one comes to solve the problem. It is becoming very inconvenient for us to use the broadband service without the proper working of modem.                       Sir, I submitted my shifting application of my land linetelephone No 25619592 on date 14th Apr 2010 vide cons No 47803077. Ref LS OB NO 99868266 dt 15 Apr 2010.Till date i have not got the shifting of my landline . In this regard i initiated 15 more customer to register for landline connection to the same area so that it becomes easy for the company to provide the cable to our appartment which inturn will not loss revenue. We are total 64 members in our appartment waiting for the same to happen so that otheres can apply for the same once done. I was promised by Mr Prabhu, SDE CACT O/D & Cable that it will be done within few months, Can any thing be done to hasten up the shifting of my connection. It is already 18 months i am waiting for the connection.

                      BSNL landline with broadband — shifting pending since one year

                      Sir,
                      i have shifted my residence in April 07 from (jalahalli village to Tindlu, Vidyaranyapura)and given a letter to BSNL office vidyaranyapura for shifting of my BSNL landline with broad band connection.
                      One year has elapsed but your department is unable to give a broadband connection in the IT city of bangalore.
                      Please either provide a broadband connection as existed in my earlier premeises or facilitate refund of my depost immediately.

                        My name is Jarnail singh and my telephone number is[protected] . i have broadband connection which is not working properly from last month. i have complained several times at samrala exchange at number[protected] and bagli kalan exchange at number[protected] but no one has taken my complaint into consideration
                        samrala exchange officer has told me several times that there is problem with your line and our line-man will come and fix it up but no one has reached till the date. I have paid full month's bill without using my net connection properly. i am fed up with the stories of bsnl officials so please help me to fix up my problem

                        I am using your service of internet. from last 4-5 day it was not running properly. if we can open website it will not open { yahoo, yahoomil, etc } but some are open { aol, google, etc } we are not able to download any thing because at last it will hang.

                        I am using your BSNL BroadBand service of internet. from last 10 days it was not running properly. if we can open website it will not open { yahoo, yahoomil, and even BSNL site etc } but some are open { aol, google, etc } .


                        while working on internet, we are getting disturbances on our landline telephone connection.
                        Please take an immediate action on the issue.

                              I am a bsnl post paid suscriber.My no. is [protected]. I found in last few months bill you are charging few unknown charges which i never suscribe. My bill shows they are charging for MT SMS and SDP USAGE which I never suscribe from my side. I want whatever amount being deducted in last six month be refunded and i hope in future they will stop this unethical practice of business.

                                i was allotted phone no [protected], based on my application of 10/10/11 for broadband plan broadband home 250.
                                the line man wanted rs 300 as his charges for fixing the line but finally did it without the same.

                                however the broadband is not being activated by Mr Satish Jain the technician who had come to do the task.
                                As per him we should have brought the modem from him, however since we have not, we need to take the services of Mr Rakesh Soni a private entrepreneur for Rs 800/- .THE PROBLEMS IN OUR COMPUTER WILL BE REPAIRED AND ONLY THEN THE BROADBAND WILL BE ACTIVATED.
                                He will not share what the problem is and has advised us to cancel the connection if we do not want to pay him.
                                We are using both tata indicom+ and MTS internet services through USB PORT
                                I assured him to let me know what drivers are required i will put them.
                                I have purchased a CISCO, ADSL , WAG120N Modem which he says is the wrong choice,
                                What the right choice is BSNL should intimate before they ask us to buy.
                                What to do now should i go to another service provider

                                  My name is Prem and my Mobile number is +91 [protected], this is a Bsnl number,now i want to port out from BSNL,I have send PORT [protected] to 1900 Five(5) times,Each time they deducted 50 paise per sms but the message failed to deliver.Till now i didn't receive the unique port out code,I have contacted Bsnl customer Care but their response was very bad and they disconnected the call.so its a humble request to do the needful.

                                    I HAVE APPLIED A LAND LINE CONNECTION AND A BROADBAND CONNECTION TO BSNL -SILIGURI(customer id: [protected]) ON 23/09/2011,STILL IT IS NOT BEEN INSTALLED,A LINE MAN CAME AND ASKED FOR RS.1500.00 (RUPEES ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED) AS BRIBE,WHICH I HAVE REFUSED TO PAY,FINALLY I WENT TO THE J.T.O BUT HE ALSO TURNED UP LIKE A HYPOCRITE, NEITHER HE STAYS AT HIS OFFICE NOR HE RESPONSE TO ANY CALL.I HAD ENOUGH,NOW I WANT MY DEPOSIT AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED -Rs.1600.00 (ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ONLY).

                                      I applied for New broadband + Landline NTC home connection on 15.10.2011 at BSNL EXCHANGE, Haridwar.

                                      But I am still to hear from BSNL regarding the issue after period of more than 15 days. And no satisfactory reply has been made by BSNL officials in Shivalk Nagar & Haridwar exchange every time when I contacted to them.

                                      As this connection is urgently needed by me & no responsible reply has been made by BSNL officials in the issue till date.

                                      In view of above, i wish to complaint agsinst BSNL customer service at Haridwar & request to get the issue sorted at earliest.

                                      I had applied for a new BSNL Broadband connection for my home (ETH-1, Sector-2, BHEL, Ranipur, Haridwar) on 21.07.14, money has been deposited and telephone no. (266657) has been allotted. Now, around 16 days have gone but still no progress has been made and phone not yet installed.
                                      Not getting any positive response from BSNL office on calling there.
                                      This make customer (myself) feels irritated and frustrated over the BSNL.

                                      As me also PSU personnel, I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and get the matter solved at the earliest possible.
