My broadband connection is down for the last 10 days. Despite several complaint on customer care jalahalli branch, no one has turned up for restoring connectivity. I am assured daily but no one has come so far. I am fed up. In my area some people told me that if I give bribe to the linemen then my telephone and broadband will be working.

My Broadband connection (DataOne) is never been activated from year 2006 but is charged every month, after continuous follow up & mails to authorities the rental paid is been reimbursed from the regular bill from may, 2008 and still the connection is not provided. The LAN line is down from last 2 months, in between up for half -an-hour or less than that. no response from the authorities even after complaining. Does BSNL have any SLA set for customer service? why shld customer pay the monthly rental when the lines are down from the BSNL itself or due to any infrastructural change at BSNL exchange? Please reply

my telephone no[protected] is not working from more than two months after giving complaint also there is no response i think bsnl is the worst servicr provider in the universe let as see wheather they will wake up from sleep after seeing this mail.
We have not received the telephone bill(land line) for the last month.

22713686 Telephone out of order since more than a month. Given complaint at Vidyaranya Telecom office. No use. Lateron, informed by the said office to submit the will power set up box. Accordingly, the said set up box was submitted to Vidyaranya office on 2-4-2009. So far, no results. Ours is an institution and we are put to lot of hardship. Please set it right immediately.
