Attending broadband complaints are very much faulty. No responsible officer though having mobile numbers given by Govt. not bother to receive the phone calls. The mobile are given for speedy disposal of complaints but may be used for domestic purposed as our calls never replied by the officers.

And finally I Discoonect/Leave my internet because of your very very poor service.
Now i again applied for the BSNL Broadband service. and before 10 days they installed Broadband again at my home. The same situation is here now My broadband is not working anymore...
I had also complain 2 times Here is my current complain NO : 6480

No action has been taken yet. I am at office and Everytime they call at my home and just ask your broadband is working or not? But i already told them there is problem in telephone line. Even In my telephonr there is lot of disturbance. So i think they just have to check my telephone line and replace it with new wire. I don't think this problem is very big issue and it takes many months to resolve. but i don't know who will be the responsible for this.I have to pay monthly rental without using your broadband internet service.
