Dear Sir
I have recharged BSNL's Rs. 230 GPRS PACK . but I want to inform you that bsnl's gprs service is always on hold in LOSAL ,SIKAR (RAJASTHAN) and other village areas.
So please solve this problem.

after many time conecting & disconnecting its speed is very slow like 1 or 1.2 kb only.
its service is bad.

Slow speed

Dear sir,

I had activated gprs with 230/- plan and the speed is very slow. i can not even open google.

To every sent byte there is no received byte.And the connectivity is either limited or local.Any time I try to surf any site, this same problem occurs.Its like wasting that much amount. Please look to my problem.

1- Disconnecting problem is not perform by network it`s modem or usb modem driver problem but we solve it using recommended setting and stay connecting with network.
before solving the problem some information is needed about your modem or USB modem like type, company name, configuration.

Are you face all of one problem you can call me for further suggestion.

    GRIEVANCE - BSNL BROADBAND (DATAONE)

    I refer to above grievance related to non working of my broadband service provided by BSNL DataOne. I have made three complaints in the past one month using BSNL's online complaint website - http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp. The engineers who came to inspect the problem stated that the issue is from their server, but still no action has been taken.

    Please refer attached image for information regarding the complaints made.

      I'm having BSNL broadband connection. Most of the links are not opening, it says address not found, check your DNS server. I checked all my settings in my side, it is fine. There is a problem in routing, bsnl should take action on this to check as soon as possible. What is the use of having broadband connection when nothing is opening. Please resolve this at the earliest.

        BREACH OF CONTRACT BY BSN LTD

        As a consumer of BSN Ltd / Kolkata Telephone No.[protected] the undersigned was provided with a free "Manick Jod Sim" Card for free unlimited utilization to base home telephone and rest calls @ prevailing tariff. No monthly charges are payable against this SIM as announced by BSN Ltd.

        On 09.01.2009 BSNL announced that "Manick Jod Sim" which was made available to us free of fixed monthly charges basis has become monthly chargeable at a fixed rate of Rs.40/- with effect from 08.01.2009. No earlier notice in this regard was issued but new scheme contrary to the understanding given effect on 08.01.2009 and compelled customers to accept vide notification made on 09.01.2009.

        But for the scheme made available to BSN Ltd customers free of monthly fixed charges we would have no interest to get the said SIM from BSN Ltd. However I treat this as a breach of contract by BSN Ltd. Since I have lot of contacts from this SIM No. and it is very difficult to change contacts all on a sudden I had no other alternate but to digest this forced tariff. Is it a fair deal with "Valued" customers by BSN Ltd? What is your valued opinion?           3) All the communications made so far to you are available at
          your office may please be referred to.

          This time your kind personal attention is invited to the entire issue rest with CGM / Kolkata right from 12-03-08 to till date. CGM / Kolkata might have made efforts to solve the issue but it appears that he has no control over his administration as such miserably failed to sort out. [All copies of correspondences are already available with CMD office]

          Even interferences by your office in the shape of Post office manner, by just simply forwarding copy of the letter to CGM have however no impact on a decontrolled situation prevailing at CGM’s own office. Again CGM miserably failed (as he has practically no control over his administration) to sort out problems in all respect though digested a default rectified in improper manner & now even hesitant to accept a sue motto proposal given to settle the long outstanding case. However your kind personal attention is invited to my case in respect of matter arising out of letters already available with you / records. Some copies as ATTACHMENT already available with you are sent for ready reference for taking suitable action to close the long standing case. It is however be clearly be noted that unless the undersigned certifies that the case is closed it will be on. Simply departmental clearance will not be treated as case closed.

          After complaint lodged on 13.-3.2012 at GM office Kolkata for out of order and for the unexpected bill amount towards shift of old land line bsnl no. 25707463 and later officially shifted to my new residential address and alloted a new telephone land line vide no. 25916246.

          It is pathetic that the new shifted line is out of order and no response after my complaint lodge.
          You are now requested for in order of land line and for the rectification o[censored]nexpected bill.

            My complaint is that I have applied for a Bsnl Landline connection and deposite all fee and document received the information regarding the new phone number but the connection is still not installed. It is being from last 45 Days since i call them daily and remind but everybody in BSNL simalwara (distric-dungarpur, state-rajasthan, baswara zone) main office ask me to that bsnl will take 3-4 month from application to intall the phone process some time tell me contact another person and nobody helping me.they all are lazy man nobody want to work right.

            My Question is that who is responsible for getting this thing late? Why BSNL employees are not willing to work?
            Is that right the Bsnl take 3-4 month for intall a connection. Or how much time it takes for them to get it done?

Broadband engineers say that the issue is with the Land line... Phone line guys never calls .they all are lazy man nobody want to work right.

            i am residing in chennai (Pallikaranai) . we wands to to give the BSNL landline connectiopn for us for that we also deposited the amount Rs.2000/-dated 22.02.10.
            But still we didn't get the connection My Question is that who is responsible for getting this thing late? Why BSNL employees are not willing to work?
            when will i get my connection otherwise will refunded my payment...

              My bsnl broadband on my phone no. [protected] has been disconnected by bsnl department hoshiarpur,punjab as i have no bill pending to pay. All my bills has been paid well in time.               We got this telephone number from January 2009. As we shifted our residence from CV raman Nagar Phase I to phase II. Broad band connection was given in February. We had given our request telephone shifting on 26th December.
              But the telephone gives a ratteling sound. Daily we are giving a complaint. But one is caring. This problem has startd atleast 20 day before. Dataone is completely dead.
              Here we have One Mr. Sitaram. He dosent even listen to us. He says that no complaint has reached him. Please look in to the mater.

                Hi,

                Since last week (21st Sep 09), my broadband service/internet is down (PPP Down) repeated complaints has fallen deaf ears of the concerned Dept. However my phone[protected] is working. Every time I register a complaint the same is closed without solving my problem (3 complaints -2509/0001(closed without assigning any reason as per customer support Exec, 0909/898 closed quoting problem rectified as per C S Exec, finally 30th Sep - 0909/595 with No response till now).

                Similar issue has repeated in the recent past where sometimes telephone line goes faulty or Internet is down, which is solved after registering a complaint or sometime without even a complaint. This time it is pathetic, the complaint is closed without rectifying the problem. One of the customer support executives was rude on phone today or was dictating terms to me.

                I even tried calling the respective area’s Exchange, post repeated calls I got their Supervisor’s Mobile No. ending with XX797 only to hear one patriotic song and no answer always.

                I still hope this problem would be solved at earliest.

                9 days back they have give bsnl broadband connection now net is not working data packets is moving but no browsing, please check.
                My net connection has not been working for months . No, action hasbeen taken . I tried simunteniously to recover the connection but all in vein . So, I am requesting you
                please take steps to make order the connection, otherwise, my money is just going out,
                The only way to solve problems with BSNL is by sending EMails / SMS / letters to the Sr Officers starting from the Top. I also resort to complaints by Post cards so thatit is transparent for all in BSNL to see.
                None of them pick up the phones. If you happen to meet them in person, you willbe horrified by their attitude. The only way out of this is privatization. GOD SAVE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA FROM SUCH HORRIBLE GOVERNMENT OFFICERS.

I recharge it on[protected] @399/- (1 gb free for 30 days).after 20 minutes net was working stop.when i contect c.care, he told me that you have used this pack in 19 minuts.then i approached to grievance cell by email in proper way.he told me that you have used this pack between recharging and activation, so you have charged @ 2 paise per kb i.e 20971/- per 1gb.no incorrect charge is found.as per trai guidline i request him for disclose terms & condition n rate of charge. he neglect my query.then i send mail to head office of idea with cc to all related higher authority. there after mr.rupesh/manish idea cellular office, patna approached me for settlement of claim by free recharging @ 399/-pack and accept the fault by idea net.

                      i have bsnl broadband 'home 500 c' plan in which nigh 2am.to morning 8am free service of internet is available.credit for one mont exept night unlimited is is 1.5 gb and if further it is 80 paisa per mb.the prolem is when i connnect net on 2:05 am there clock is ten minute late and it count the units(data) in chargable.means it should be count only up 2'o clock for chargable units (as there clock is 10 minutes late) bu it charges me as follows;
                      1. when i connect internet at 2:05 am it conect actualy at 1:55 am
                      2:it should charge me only for 5 minutes (up 2 am)
                      3:but it charged me until i diconnect i.e 2:30,3:00 or 4:00 am
                      4 it give me bill of rupies 2800 insted of rupies 500 for the month august 2009
                      5.if night 2 am to 8 am is free then why they are charging me? are they cheating?
                      6.why there clock is set back 10 minutes i set my clock on TV so whitch is correct?

                      i have bsnl Home 500 plan in which night unlimited download/upload is free from 0200-08hrs but .when i checked my bsnl usage it is charging me upto 02:20 hrs & not according to my clock it is clearly showing in the sheet that they charged me upto 02:20 hrs . and it is not a one day mistake its happening daily.
                      what kind of monitring system they r using...

                            I am using BSNL landline phone[protected] along with broadband internet feature but for almost last two month I am unable to use it properly because it was very noisy and dead from couple of weeks.

                            I complained 3 times (details below) they rectify and starts working with noise for 2-3 days and again dead. The last complaint was on 20th Sep and no one has attended till date 30th Sep). Their web site says "it would be resolved within 3 days from complaint date". Because of this my son is not able to complete his project work and I used to work from home connecting to office but not possible now.

                              My name is Dattatray Shidne. My BSNL Landline cum internet telephone No. is[protected]. My BSNL broadband connections has been installed around three weeks back. But the same is not working or it's not getting connected due to non availability of some ADSL connectivity. In modem the connection of ADSL is not coming. On enquiring on this error with the connection, the vendor Deepak Jadhav, who has done the installation at my residance is not giving any response on the same. He has given me an enquiry number of ambernath telephone exchange (i.e[protected] but, nobody is picking on this number after verious continuous calls. Can you please suggest me the way to get this resolved? As i am an working person, do not get time to go and visit the exchange personally on any working day.

                                My telephone no. 23547985 is not having dial tone since 25.9.2009 I have registered a complaint on 198 on the same day and also I am following up regularly but it has not been rectified till date. I am getting incoming calls which I am unable to receive. This being an office phone our customers are getting irritated for not receiving the calls as they will be hearing ring tone.                                   My uncle Mr. Natwar B. Pingle lost his mobile in Pune. He was using number [protected]. I lodged complaint at Police station and submitted a copy to BSNL office at Wanworie, Hadapsar Customer Care. I got new SIM card at Rs.120 but no receipt against the amount. I was told that the card will activated till 2:30pm on[protected]. But even after 24 hrs its not activated please do necessary as early as possible.

                                    Respected BSNL top bosses please listen to my plea, I live in west bengal howrah, has taken a 3G connection from your BSNL house, during the time of selling the connection they said that the SIM will work seamlessly in all part of kolkata, but when I reached my home which is in salkia sitanath bose lane ( Mirpara ) the networked vanished my building outside has two or three bars but in my flat there is nil bar and I am no where my purpose of taking the connection was to use for internet with the help of my phone but I have no connection no network where should I go I don't know. when I called the Customer care and I was fortunate enough to get the line the CC representative said over telephone the I have to wait for the seamless connectivity through out the whole city, when asked how many days they said that they doesn't know for how many days. Deepeka Padukon the brand ambassador for 3G connection of BSNL look your lightening fast connectivity, you should be well aware of the service then commit the listener Rahul your friend will ruin his life more if he listen you and change his connection as he will be most of the time unreachable if he uses 3G connection recommended by you. I am using Nokia E63 phone but still there is no bar in my home where I spend my morning hours working in my PC.

                                      my bsnl landline telephone , varkala ([protected]) has not been working for the last three years,. i launched complaints from lineman level to the divisional engineer regarding my grievance. not only my telephone, but the ones in my neighbourhood too are not working.despite the dead status of the telephone, i have been paying the tel. rent without fail for the last three years.since my efforts with the varkala bsnl officials were in vain, i broadened my registration of complaint to the managerial level officials like general manager, gm rural, pgm, and gm accounts.i used to contact public grievance cell several times, but all are in vain . again by the end of august, i personally met the divisional engineer varkala and he agreed that my issue wil be settled within three days, but i waited for one week .then i tried contacting the divisional engineer , bt he was'nt even responsible enough to attend my call( his no. [protected]). so i later contacted the public grievance cell on 5th sept, they again assured me a deadline 25th sept, as committed by the divisional engineer.immediately , i contacted gen. manager ([protected]) and explained the whole history and appealed him to follow up the issue to redress my complaints as committed by the divisional engineer. today the day is sept.29.......the assurance given to me has not yet been materialised. the bsnl dept has hence proved to be irresponsible and incapable to the customers, i must say. what more should i do to get my complaint rectified? please do consider my reqest and reply.....

                                        Dear Sir/Madam

                                        I, Neeraj Kumar Garg phone number[protected], Bathinda , Punjab , having broadband service from approx. 10 months and landline phone from over 6 years and i paid off full amount in advance for the Modem. Since i got your service i used to have approx 1400 Rs. unlimited Plan which i had to transfer to low speed which costs approx 700Rs Per month because of on going internet disconnectivity issue. Everytime we have to complain between your landline and internet broadband service complaint center. I was in india for 6 months when i made multiple complaints to your Center located at Gole Diggi Location, Peeli Kothi at Thandi Sadak and also at Main Exchange near Court at Bathinda City Punjab. If you can't trust please check out your complaint record I am sure you will have in your database because of complaints are being recorded on to IVR.

                                        Most of the time they said we had to change the wiring which they did or had to say its not working due to some Maintenance or difficulties. And on top of that some of the engineers i dont know where they are getting knowldege told my wife to not to turn on the Modem when they don't use it otherwise it won't work properly. I dont understand the fact how the heck a datacenter can work 24x7x365 continuously turning on all of the Servers, Routers and swtiches. I am working also in a Datacenter in Canada, for me if i would be an illetrate or uneducated or non-technical person, i can take the crap whatever your engineers they told to a customer. Being a customer i dont expect we get this kind of service every day even you are not able to access internet 30 min in a day out of 24 hours. If thats the best service BSNL is providing then why would we have to pay full bills. Same story again and again Yellow light blinks on and does not stable, means you dont get internet connectivity at all.

                                        Its a hassel to going back and forth between landline and Broadband service customer care.Because landline customer care says , phone is working fine nothing to do with the internet. and broadband customer care they say if there is no phone service internet wont work properly. We are not damn crazy, thats the way internet works atleast in india.

                                        Would you please give me the specific reason beyond what technical staff stays " Internet wont work properly if you turn on Modem continuosly" Is there any Rules and Regulations which specifies Modem does not stay turned on for 24 hours. Now its third day i am not able to speak to my wife on internet!

                                        Also i can see the way BSNL is continuosly updating their webservers. Tried to sent an emai to customer care which is on http://www.ap.bsnl.co.in/custcare/bbsvcs.asp

                                        Brother, BSNL is totally *****.
                                        I would suggest you to switch to Connect BROADBAND.
                                        I have 1 mbps ul plan since 4 years.. best performance ever.
                                        earlier i was a bsnl customer from year 2003... they did nothing except harassing.

                                        EVERY EMPLOYEE OF BSNL SHOULD BE FIRED AND GOVT SHOULD CLOSE THIS SHOP OF CHEATING.
