I have applied for 500ul plan .but they activated wrong plan i.e550 combo .when i enquired about the fault, i got no satisfactory answer .If i would charge excess for any usage for which i am not responsible, then i will going to file a claim against it.

BSNL Broadband — more bill amount
sir,my name is manish mehra and my landline no is [protected].actually this month,my bsnl broadband bill is more than its usage while i have taken 500 combo plan from 28 july and before this i have 750 plan.
so please confirm about my broadband bill
i am g.sudheer babu my phone no. is[protected] my problem is the DSL signal it will drop for every minute I compliant several times they told that it will rectify in the month of august but my problem is not rectified & also says to cancel my broadband connection.I did not wat to cancel my connection. This is my last hope...

Hi... I need to see broadband usage in http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in. But it does not loaded properly in Mozilla Firefox 3.6 browser.BSNL Broadband — slow broadband connection
Respected Sir,we are the BSNL customers for last ten years.Now we use BSNL Broadband Service.The service is not good that i have expected we are in 750+ plan
the actual average speed is too low and download speed is also too slow,sometimes web pages cannot be opened and also there is no proper response from the customer care services and from exchange.We are very much unsatisfied with the broad band service,So please take necessary action.
