i am using a 500rs plan for the last oneyear.till march there was no problem with the speed.but since that the downloading speed has been reduced to 22kbps(max) during the free hours. as soon as the free hours are over there is no problem . my phone no is [protected]

Hi, i am using a BSNL broadband home 750 unlimited plan which offers a 256 kbps connection but when it downloads data from the web it only recceives around 25-30 kbps.

my name is Bipin bihari rout i am a bsnl broadband user .i am currently using home 750 unlimited plan whose downloading speed is up to 256 mbps .but my downloading speed is to slow it is only 2-10 kbps.i have checked our downloading speed from (www .dataone.in) website.it is showing ur downloading speed is
88 mbps.but i my speed is not even 88 mbps rather then 256 mbps.my phone no is 2343510.please solve my problem.

Dear look carefully on speed it is 25KB not 25kb. Hence 25 KB = 25 * 8 Kb = 200 Kbps, which is little bit less than recommended, which depends upon website from which you are downloading etc.

We applied for a BSNL broadband on 1st May'09.The landline phone was installed on 3rd or fourth day after this.Since then we called them several times then only on the 13th of may they connected the broadband.After that, there is a regular problem with connection.Most of the time, it is unable to connect.

These telecom companies charge us an advance so that they dont fail to get the money for the services they have given, but what about us?
The bill has already come for this month and we have hardly made use of the services.We will have to pay for a service which we were unable to use because of the company.Why should we pay the bill for the days they took in installing our connection and for the days we were unable to connect?
Please help.

yes i also get unlimited 750 plan down load speed is only 20-25kb only in home 500c plan bsnl charge 80 paise per excess mb. but here they assure 256kb/second speed but available only 20-25kb how to right to receive the full amount rs 750+tax this is not a broad band this is a fraud band

from the last few dayz im not getting the speed which was promised to me...im using 100 mbps connection of rs 400/month...i used to get speed of 10 kbps...bt from the last few days my net is not working fine...i hv no virus/spyware/firewall/malware problem as ihv installed full version internet security & anti virus... im downloading a game from u torrent whose size is nearly 2 G.B...bt it takes 1 hr to download 1%.so as u can see the coz of my anxiety...i want an immediate solution for this problem...

Yes, its true.
First I used HOME 500 plan. The download rate is full (ie., around 256KBPS)
one week ago I changed to HOME 750 UNLIMTED plan.
They offered 256kbps to 2mbps.
but the download speed is 20kbps to 40kbps.
I registered complaint but they not responded.


BSNL is cheating by giving fake advertisements..

Last month I changed to UL 750 plan, as BSNL people told that it is higher speed than home 500 plan. BSNL is cheating the customers. UL 750 IS VERY VERY SLOW. LIKE A BULLOCKART.

BSNL Broadband — not working and very slow

Dear Sir,

I have got new BSNL Internet connection for my phone[protected]. Frankly it is waste of of money and time. Always internet connection will not work. Customer service number complaints another problem.

Why BSNL cannot deliver what they are advertising speed and connectivity.

Hope some responsible officer will look into the issues and rectify the same.

SIR, FROM LAST 4 DAYS MY DOWNLOAD SPEED HAS BEEN REDUCED TO 1bps IT IS VERY DIFFICULT EVEN TO OPEN THE HOME PAGE . I M USING UNLIMITED HOME PLAN AT MY RESIDENCE. LOCAL BSNL SERVICE CENTRE IS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND PROVIDE ME OPPORTUNITY TO THANK YOU.

BSNL — Broadband Speed and Connectivity problem

I have broadband Connection at my Office and I booked complains so many times but all officers in Rajkot saying that is fault from head offfice of bsnl and some times in week the broadband coneection not works and some times i have speed of 8 to 40 kbps and i have plan for 256kbps to 2 MB

I want to know how can solve this problem and If any body knows person which can solve this problem then please send me their contect detials.
