[Resolved]  BSNL BROADBAND DATAONE — Not Providing BroadBand Connection

hello,

my name is ketan parikh, i m from baroda. my phone number is[protected]. i have applied for bsnl broadband 256 kbps plan, 900 p.m. home plan. it has been already above 20 days left after bsnl personell put a ADSL router at my hom. i have called so many times for my ID and password at Alkapuri office but they answered me like it will take 2-3 days, but after calling more than 50 times they still give the same rubbish answer to me. in addition, they also told me to call Mr. C F PAtil at Makarpura, vadodara Telephone Exchange for the same. for this, i also called to him, but he never responded to me at all. the last time i called at Alkapuri, Vadodara office of bsnl broadband, they told me that it will sactioned from Banglor then only we will give you your ID and password, but already 20 days have gone and no reply received from them yet.

so, in short, such kind of personells in BSNL are fradulant and making down the image of bsnl . but ultimately we consumers are suffering from such. they (BSNL) gives diffreent attractive advertisements to attract consumers but they never ever follow their commintments.

I HAVE APPLIED THE SAME DATED[protected] AND MY APPLICATION IS THE FIRST APPLICATION BUT THE PRIORITY NUBER BRACK AND THE PERSON WHO APPLIED THE SAME AFETER ONE MONTH HAS CONNECTED BUT I AM STILL WATING FOR CONNECTION BECAUSE I AM AN ORDINARY AND NOT VIP

Sir i have applied for brod band connection vide my application marked at churu office dated[protected] and it is the first appiction at churu office but even the office of general manager BSNL no connection provided to me since so far and more than 20 persion either they are VIP or trader dealing in air, commodity trade have provide the brod band connection though they applied the same in december 2007 or in the 24 hours from date of appliction. I have complaint even CMD BSNL, GM AND CGM Rajasthn but there is no respons. Therefore i will send the complaint by telegram[protected]

BSNL — Not providing the broadband connection

I am living in vellimalaipattianam narasipuram village in Coimbatore. In our village are having two engineering college,one arts and science college,one management college and one polytechnic college.Here more than 5000 students are studying in this college and also more than 10000 people are living in this three village. But BSNL of Coimbatore is hesitate to give broad band connections to our villages. Regarding this we were send many complaints to BSNL. but we didn't get a solution yet. I believe that after raising this complaint we will get a good response from BSNL Coimbatore
