I am having BSNL broad band connection for the last six months .Always the connectivity is poor. Now for the past fifteen days it is not getting connected at all. I request you to rectify the problem permanentny.

Sir,
Brand band net is not connected for the last 5 days. On my repeated request no body can respond to my request. The same problem was found for last month 7daysThe problem at only on BSNL side. I will approach consumer court for justice of heavy loss mentally and financially.
