BSNL — BSNL customer care wait time exceeded two hour

Address: #108,Behind shankar mutt,Kirloskar colony, Bangalore, Karnataka

I called to BSNL customer care(1503) on 24/07/25013 @ 11:53am and I was on hold for almost 1 and half hour without even informing estimated time, Finally I only frustrated and disconnected the call.

And I was able to hear the instruction in different languages other than Kannada even after I had chosen my language as Kannada.

After some time i tried calling again it was not connecting at all.

Please suggest.
