hello, myself surendra, i m using bsnl rajasthan connection. since last two days in my mobile automatic mobile calling is happning, one number (like +[protected]) is coming in dialled call entry, everytime when this type of call is happning there is a different number. i think someone using my mobile balance and making call from mobile, (may be it is sometype of hacking), i have complaint to some bsnl officers but nobody care. i have lost my 550 rs balance yet. whenever i recharge my mobile this type of call happens. first time when i saw- there is 15 min. call summery on my screen and +[protected] number in my dialled call entry, i thought it may be my own mistake but second time again it happened and my whole balace was used and call end up because of no balance. this time there is different no. in dialled call entry (only last two digits were different) when i did recharge again, again some problem what i should do, please help me. Sir,

I am a EXCEL POWER pre paid custmer. mo. no. is [protected]
Today on 02.04.2009 I Recharge my mobile through STV of Rs 95 by custmercare Banswara Rajasthan.
Me Promised by custmer care That Now STD In BSNL NetWork Will Be 30 paisa and other network will be 60 paisa. But I Make STD call in other network my balance Reduce @ Rs 1.50.Yet it Will be 60 paisa.
please see This matter and do needful and inform me. I already Not verbly complaint in custmer care

i have taken new number in bangalore connection of tata docomo and number is [protected] and im from rajasthan and residing at bangalore if any body call me from rajasthan the call is not coming they are not able to make any call to my new number which is above mentioned... so plz do care for my enquiry and my village is rajsamandh dist... from rajasthan they are not able to make calls to my number so plz fix this problem as soon as possible... thanking you jaisngh.. sir,

i am excel power prepaid custmer mob.no-[protected].Today when i recharge my mob. through
stv of Rs 45(1p/sec) then some error is caused, later on when i try the result was same.
The custmer care also not responding that's why i complain through e-mail.Please see&provide
me necessry help.I'll be waiting for ur response.

Dear sir,
Suddenly about Rs.130.00 disappeared in my mobile on Dec.25, 2009 when i was working on internet while my mobile had been charged with Rs.230.00 [internet unlimited plan].I made comlaint to BSNL customer care. My complaint No. is "L2573791" but from there it was no reply. Please reply soon.

I am excel power prepaid custmer mob.no-[protected].sir mere mob per chat pack chal raha h . last month mane isko close karwana chahata hun. mane complaind ki thi[protected].ko comlaind no. f[protected]. mujhe kaha gaya ki aapke mob se chat pack ab close ho jayga . but abhi tak close nahi hua.ye chat pack[protected] se aata h .20/- Rs. per month charge lagta h. main pichle 4month se pareshan hun. plse aap is chat pack immidiatly close karwane ka kast karen.

(1)I am holder of mobile connection no. [protected]. I am using BSNL callers tune "naam he tere..." for which Rs.12 are deducted per month but at the same time Rs. 28 are also being deducted for callers tune. Messages are being received for deduction of both amounts from paid services of number 56700. I want credit of Rs. 28 per month deducted un-necessarily and discontinuation of callerstune.
(2) Paid services number[protected] is deducting Rs. 20 per month without giving any services. I want credit of Rs. till date deducted and dis-continuance of further deduction.

sir i am costumer of bsnl cell one . my no is [protected]. outgoing call on my no is barred on my number. when i call a disconnected message display. I have complained to customer care. the behaviour of one costumer care executive was not good. he misguide me.complained have been launched. but still i have same problem.
