i want to know sir that how can i get a my bsnl landline bill on email id?

i pay my landline telephon bill via epayment at statebank of india net banking via mp on line at 25 march 2010 after payment today i recived a call from bsnl he say your bill not paid i contect indore telicom office no 2 roomno 207 .consirning tell me your bill not payed.i have a copy of confermation of bill payment via sbi online.

At present I am in Bangalore my mobile no. [protected].
I have paid bill through BSNL site, through ICICI bank account on 16/05/2010 Bill date was 08/04/2010. I have got receipt generated by inter net. Its last date was 20/05/2010. on 21/05/2010 BSNL site added fine, my bill was Rs. 1056 which was paid on 16/05/2010. now it is showing Rs 1056+40(fine)=1096. It means my bill was not deposited.Please look into the mater. Receipt was given below

My telephone no[protected] is out of order for 9 to 10 months.
its stqated from jan 2011 but in our telephone bill previous bal is mention but we already cleared my previous bal. So please contact me on my mob no :- [protected]

i used bsnl wimax for just a month and half.from the office they contacted me and said the bill was 250 plus.i don't know exactly.but when i reached the office the bill was 900.then i haven't paid my bill and returned.they cancelled my connection.when i asked them to renew the connection they are asking me 2100.so please recheck my bill and activate my wimax account number is[protected].my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Sir, we made post paid bill payment through online bsnl portal and we get conformation message also but now we got message from bsnl that we fails to pay the bill.
please take action for it
