Recently i got the broadband connetion on march 3rd and upto 15th march it was wroking fine, last 15 days the connetion is down. i have complaint number, but no repair is done.
NO professionalism, no Business ethics and dead customer service. They are not living in this competitive, customer oriented era.

I called lot of times to Customer care, They are saying cable problem and disconnect the phone.Still they have not given any confirmation when they are going to be solve this problem.

i have a broad band connection home combo 299 plan .The broadband often goes down for hours and hours.
