BSNL, govt sponsored Broadband services are over rated and underserviced. The extremely slow speed o[censored]ploading and downloading is unacceptable. help and complaint lines to BSNL offices either do not answer calls or cut you off after a brief while. No reall attention to complaints. Are they TOO BIG, too important to address customers needs and complaints? Earlier they blamed the broken under sea cables for the slow traffic. net is too slow.. so many times i have complined.. but still no response. service is not good...

i am having the same problem.
i signed up for the 750 plan.
its supposed to give me 256kbps. or atleast 200kbps.
but no i am gettin a very low speed of 26-30kbps.
i have never seen the speed go above 36kbps.

my broadband connection is very slow, sometimes i have to pay for rentals even Broadband is out of order, local authority do not pay attention.

I think Siliguri Broadband service is most hopeless service I have everseen than in India's other cities like Allahabad, Bangalore Delhi etc.

MY BSNL BROADBAND IS TOO SLOW NOWADAYS AND SOME TIMES THE WEBSITES ARE NOT OPENING TOO. SO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET RID FROM THIS PROBLEM
