[Resolved]  BSNL — correction in name

Dear Sir,
I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father.I am having BSNL landline & my no. is[protected].I am very happy with the service of BSNL.I always receive telephone bill by the name of PDMAJI R PRAJAPATI and real name is PADMAJI R PRAJAPATI. I request you to please correct my name in telephone bill.

CellOne — correction of name

sir,
i am using a bsnl post paid for last few months, inspite of complian i had made to nearest service centre, i have not been justified yet. In my payment slip my name is read as Nyajur Tato instead of Ngajar Tato. So kindly make a correction in my name from NYAJUR TATO to NGAJAR TATO.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this complaint on behalf of my mother. We are having a BSNL landline connection. Our consumer number is [protected]. I requested a correction of name for my mother which was done already on showing proof of name. Again im receiving bills by the name JAHABAR NACHIYAR. Please remove the "R". Please correct the name in our billing.

I have applied and got land line connection in 1999 my telephone nos is 2720458. I have applied by my name sanjay arora but i have been receiving bill named "anjay arora" instead of sanjay arora. it is also written in directory. i request you to please get it corrected.

BSNL — Correction in name of consumer

My BSNL Land Line with Customer Id [protected]; Account Number [protected];Phone Number [protected] there is one spelling mistake of the consumer viz: CHVURU BALASUBRAHMANYAM instead of CHEVURU BALASUBRAHMANYAM. Kindly correct the consumer name in the BSNL Telephone Bills.

Dear Sir,

I Nayna P Dedhia w/o Mr.Pravin K Dedhia. We have our office Telephone connection on my name with Telephone No.[protected] on my name. Everything is fine but there is difference in name i.e. Bill name is NAYMA P DEDHIA where as my real name i s NAYNA P DEDHIA. I request BSNL authorities to look into the matter and correct my name to NAYNA P DEDHIA at earliest as I am facing problem for applying address proof for various times.

I am having a post paid Cell one No. [protected]. My name appearing in the bill as Mr. ANUB KHAN INSTEAD OF correct name as “MR. AYUB KHAN”. No. of letters sent to BSNL authorities to correct the name, but no avail till date. Also for e-bill with statement, I have intimated the ID as er.[protected]@gmail.com. But they are not sending statement on the mail.

Kindly take appropriate action to rectify the mistake.
