I want to know the rates of tariff of ISD calls from BSNL Fixed Landline telephone connection of Behala Telephone Exchange, Kolkata. The same is not mentioned in the Tariff Rates of B-phone in the website of The Calcutta Telephones.

I have bought Modem from BSNL. I have faced lot of problem to my Modem. When I power on my modem, It takes too much time to steady the lights of modem.
