Sir, I am having bsnl broad band connection.Past three month I am not able to do any money traction through net.Like ticket booking, view of balance etc.I have complainted somany times, Somebody called and asking weather internet is working or not, I answered not working, But no action was taken sofar.In modem the internet light is always is the off and the icon in the computer is always is off ( some time it will blink)
So i request please take necessary action please.

1. I GOT CONNECTION ON[protected], WITH THE FACILITY OF 20% REDUCTION FOR PSU-GOVT EMPLOYEE SHCME... ALL PAPERS WERE SUBMITTED TO BSNL THRU' PROPER CHANNEL IN THIS
REAGARD.
FROM THAT DATE TILL NOW BILLING IS NOT AT ALL CONSIDERED WITH 20% REDUCTION SCHEME. ENQUIRED EXCHANGE 2242, CUSTOMER CARE...ETC., NO PROPER ANSWER FOR THE PAST 2-YEARS...STILL WE ARE PAYING Rs.750+TAXES
2. SECONDLY, FOR THE PAST 7-MONTHS MODEM MISBEHAVES, DATA-LED-LIGHT TO GLOW
IT TAKES AT LEAST 10 MNTS TO GET ON FOR EVERY POWER-ON SITUATIUON. ALL ARE REDICULING ABOUT THE SERVICES AND ABT OUR OWN BSNL-TEAM.
(RECALLIING MY FIRST INSTALLATION-DAY: WHEN A PERSON CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR
INSTALLATION, CALLING HIMSELF AS BSNL-EXECUTIVE, HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL.
HE IS OUR BELOVED EXECUTIVE IN PUBLIC-SECTOR COMPNAY. HIS DRESS LOOKED LIKE A
CLONE - I AM REALLY SHAMED TO CALL HIM AS EXECUTIVE---ALL EXECUTIVES ARE TREATED

So i submit a letter to Guindy Exchange to withdraw my connection & settle our deposit.There after my land line works good, so we happy to continue the same connection. But now we are not in station for few months. There after we need same connection with same number after recipt of my request. So we request you to kindly widthdraw the service temporarly for few months.
