I found sheer careless with the accounts staff working in BSNL office, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.
I have evidence for this also.
I disconnected my BSNL broadband due to this reason on July 30th, 2008. After sumitting the rental modem, I was charged for modem. I personally had to go to the office with the modem submission receipt and gave to the person in the same department on August 20, 2008.( concerned was on leave for 5 days). They lost the receipt and fortunately, I had the xerox copy. When I contacted again in October, the concerned told me he does not have the receipt and asked for it. Again, I personally went to the office and submitted the receipt. The concerned informed me that all the formalities are over, and he will send the deposit amount, Rs.1250/- through cheque. This happened in the month of October, and it is December 28, 2008, today. I have'nt received any cheque regarding this. When I contacted the concerned, he told me that he finished his formalities before and he is not responsible of this. What shall I do?
I have all the evidence of this sheer carelessness of billing etc. Can I go to the consumer court for my deposit refund?

I am P. Nagesh Shettigar, using bsnl prepaid mobile since about 10 years. I am using mobile No.[protected]. My complaint: I am getting regularly service sms in my mobile without my consent, some of the numbers are deducting amounts from my prepaid balance. Those are[protected]JOKES duducting Rs.30/-,[protected]HMSHAKAL Rs.10/-, 59595015 LOVE TIPS deducting rs.15/-, 54000010 HAMSHAKAL RS.10/- THRICE IN A MONTH, 56505 - PHONE BACKUP deducting rs.30/-. Total around Rs.100/- is deducted from my balance monthly without my consent. I have already complained so many times to your customer service centre, bangalore, no use. As per their advice, I have sent sms DND ON 18.05.2011 AND ON 22.06.2011, but no response. I am getting daily service sms regularly and amount is deducted monthly. Sometimes twice monthly. On 30.06.2011, your customer care has registered the complaint under No.F30KA188147 and they said within 24 hours all unnecessary service sms will be stopped. But unnecessary sms are not stopped till now. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and my request is ceded immediately.
