MY LAND LINE AND BROAD BAND[protected] FREQUENTLY GOES OUT OF SERVICE BUT THIS TIME CONTINOUSLY IT IS DEAD FOR MORE THAN 20 DAYS. THE COMPUTERISED COMPLAIN IS AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED BY BSNL EMPLOYEE UNAUTHORISELY WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM DUE TO WHICH I HAD TO REGISTER COMPLAIN FOUR TIMES. BSNL OFFICIAL AT PHONE[protected] DOES NOT LIFT THE PHONE AT ANY POINT/ TIME OF THE DAY. BUT THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH TO RAISE THE BILL EVERY MONTH. ACTION MUST BE INITIATED AGAINST THE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL.

      i have BSNL connection, and i had sent an sms requesting for an English song, the code i had written was absolutely right as i got the code from BSNL service message and BSNL website.but they have set a bogus hindi song instead of the song i requested for.customer care representatives are doing nothing as i informed them about this problem more than one time!!required money for that is deducted and still i am not provided the proper service!!! its not really expected from BSNL service providers.
      inspite of many efforts my caller tune is not removed and always balance is reduced .
      many times i called on customer care but to no avail.no body attends call at it.
      i m fed up of this now and completely dissatisfied.

      Dear BSNL customer support,
      I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My sim no is [protected]. Still it got activated. Rs.37/39 was deducted from my bsnl balance. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation, But my caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL customet care they used to say it will deactivate within 24 hours but It is not activated till now. The complanint no is h[protected] on 7th of Aug. 10
      Please de-activate my BSNL caller tune.

      Sir,
      I have never applied for caller tune for my cell phone no.[protected] but the BSNL has activated it on 29/09/2010 & charged Rs.28/ against my balance, when i talked to the customer care personnel, they advised me to deactivate the caller tune through SMS & told me that the money charged will not be refunded. I also lodged a complaint in BSNL Customer care no.4331622 on the same day i.e. 29/09/2010 where they said that within 6 hours my complaint will be resolved & money charged will be refunded, but till now more than 24 hours is lapsed & no response from the service provider i.e. BSNL.
      i cant able to reach the customer service center even though my call was connectted they were not responsing to the call properly. They were holding the line for more then 15mins and after that they are simply disconnecting the call. From the last one week i want to cancle my caller tune and i had lost Rs.52 from my balance even after that my caller tune was still not deactived. Kindly look after these issues and make them to work for their duties.

      BSNL Mobile — Rs.42 Deduction in balance for i-Tune and song change

      I have taken the BSNL Krishi Yojana card.On 14 sep-2011,Rs.42 were deducted from my balance though i have not requested or answered any call regarding the i-Tune or caller tune.i asked BSNL customer care for Refund of my balance of Rs.42,but not have got any reply yet.

      Subject : Caller Tune activated to Mobile no. [protected].

      I wish bring to your kind attention that on 26/04/2012 at 10.30 am,when I called mobile no.[protected]the Caller Tune "SRISUKTHAM' automatically activated to my mobile no [protected],without my permission/request.After few seconds my above said prepaid mobile a/c has been debited Rs.30/- + Rs.12/- as charges for activating the Caller Tune.I could notice this in the evening, when some one informing after calling my no.

      Immediately I called the Customer care and lodged a complaint to cancel the the above said Caller Tune and request them credit me back Rs.42/- deducted without my permission.

      In response to my complaint, the Caller Tune is deactivated but Rs.42/- has not been credited back to my mobile a/c.

      Hence I request to look in to this and do the needful and oblige.

              Dear Madam/Sir,

              Refer to my earlier e-mail (Complain) dated 29th Aug 2010. Inspite of repeated approaches by my dependant father to surrender a WLL phone is failed due to negligent by staffs of telephone exchange, Banki. Once, the dealing clerk asked my father to give Rs.500/- (towards missing iron pole of antenna). When asked for the money receipt and surrender certificate he refused for the same by telling us cock & bull story. Further SDO could not be contacted because he neither turns up for his obligatory duty regularly or picking up his mobile phone. We are much fed up with the system (staffs of BSNL, Banki). To get a surrender certificate is just like a hell to heaven story for us. Please initiate appropriate action for the corrupt staffs of Banki telephone exchange for harassing the valuable customer and not doing their duty properly.

              My dependant father (Ratnakar Maharana) is a consumer of BSNL Banki Sub-division, Distt-Cuttack (WLL Ph No.[protected] since Dec 2006. I, being a defence serving personnel, get a chance to visit home only once/twice a year. My old and allied father has left the hope for getting a surrender certificate from BSNL, Banki. We have already deposited the equipments much before.

              It is my painful duty to request you to interfere in the matter and do the needful for which I will be ever grateful to you.

                TODAY, AT AROUND 6.45 P.M., MY CELLPHONE, MAKE: LG; MODEL: HB620T, IS STOLEN IN THE CITY BUS AT MEHDIPATNAM, HYDERABAD. THEREFORE, I TRIED UMPTEEN NUMBER OF TIMES THE BSNL CALL CENTRE NUMBER [protected] OVER A PERIOD OF MORE THAN HALF-AN-HOUR. NOBODY IS PICKING UP THE CELL. THE BSNL CALL CENTRE SERVICE/HELPLINE SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD AND STANDS IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN IT COMES TO RENDERING SERVICES TO ITS CUSTOMERS IS CONCERNED.

                I WANT TO HAVE MY SIM BLOCKED BECAUSE IT IS STOLEN AND ALSO CONCERNED THAT IT MAY BE MISUSED BY THE ELEMENTS THAT HAVE STOLEN MY CELL. MAY ANYBODY HELP ME IN HAVING MY COMPLAINT LODGED WITH BSNL ! AS THE ONLY KNOWN WAY OF LODGING COMPLAINT IS TO CONTACT HELPLINE NUMBER - [protected] AND IT HAS FAILED MISERABLY TO RESPOND TO THE CALLS OF MINE.                   I have been charged with Re 1 every day on using Indiatimes subscription services without opting for it.
                  without opting for any vas(value added services) an amount of rs.19/= has been deducted from my prepaid cell phone [protected] on[protected]. contacts to nodal officers in vain(no response from their end)customercare center ivrs not helpful.how to get back my credit
                  frm last 3 days BSNL is charging me the subscription charges for value added services. i am getting msg "dear subsriber, thank you for using the services"..i have not activated any extra service. i am getting msgs from 52906101, 52906151, 55678104, 55678103. total 45 rs cut frm my balance. my cell no is [protected]... can any one suggest how to get back this amount. no one is responding on customer care.

                    BSNL - Worst Customer Service.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have got the New Connection of BSNL - Broad band Connection - Plan UL750, after a month of follow-ups with the Engineer (VL Gupta - BSNL, Panipat) and got the internet Connection after giving a Bribe of Rs. 500/- to the above said Engineer. After a Period of Two Months, Broad band connection was not working and Nobody from BSNL to respond on the Complaint and the situation went on for a month. At the end of the month, Received a Bill From BSNL to pay for the whole month Usage. Again Called Mr. VL Gupta and he ensured that they will deduct the amount in the next month bill. But, it was never happened.

                    After 6 Months, I got shifted to the my New Home in panipat, Again Problem started with BSNL for shifting of My Broadband Connection. I have applied for Shifting my Telephone connection to my new address but after a month of Follow-ups, yet to get the Connection Transfered.

                    Had a talk with AGM Commercial (Panipat), but still my connection Transfer is pending. Th Order No. Provided by Panipat - BSNL Office are:
                    Closing Order - for Existing Connection (at my Old address) - [protected]
                    New Connection Order No (at my New Address) - [protected]
                    Broadband Shifting Order No (at My new Address) - [protected]

                    After Receiving so many order Numbers from BSNL - Panipat Office, there is nobody to respond and also Poor customer service (Nobody lifting the Call, If someone responds also they are giving wide range of reasons - System down, Order got cancelled,etc.).

                      I am using a BSNL East (Jharkhand) Excel number (+91-[protected]) with 3G facility on my Nokia 6500 slide handset since last couple of years. I have been using its BSNL Excel GPRS facility for my Mobile Banking, Air/Ral Ticket Booking, Email and other net-dependent applications through my mobile phone. You can very well undertand my dependability on availability of internet through Mobile GPRS.

                      Now, since 17.08.10, the GPRS connectivity to my number stopped functioning, and error like " Packet Data Connectivity not available" and "Link not avilable" stared appearing on my handset screen when tried to connect the net. I waited for couple of days thinking that it may be temporary network problem but finally I lodged a complain thorugh Customer Care on 20.0810 (no. 5889049). On 23.08.10, one fellow from Customer Care rang me up and suggested few settings change and assured that the GPRS connectivity will now work. But unfortumately, nothing happened and same old error kept coming on my handset's screen. I have already downloaded the latest settings from BSNL viz bsnllive, bsnlnet, bsnlmms and bsnlstream but these settings als are not of any help. Strangly, when I tried to connect through another BSNL prepaid SIM, the GPRS connectivity worked properly. Therefore, it seems that somehow my no. has been deactivated for GPRS connectivity by BSNL.

                      Since last two weeks I am not able use the BSNL GPRS services and ny daily activity is being affrected by the BSNL GPRS mess. I am looking forward to anyone who can help me out of this MESS. Please help!!

                      NO GPRS Connectivity

                      I am using a BSNL East (Jharkhand) Excel number [protected] with 3G facility on my samsung wave II model no GT-S8530, since last couple of years. I have been using its BSNL Excel GPRS facility for my Mobile Banking, Air/Ral Ticket Booking, Email and other net-dependent applications through my mobile phone. You can very well undertand my dependability on availability of internet through Mobile GPRS.

                      Now, since 17.08.10, the GPRS connectivity to my number stopped functioning, and error like " Packet Data Connectivity not available" and "Link not avilable" stared appearing on my handset screen when tried to connect the net. I waited for couple of days thinking that it may be temporary network problem but finally I lodged a complain thorugh Customer Care .one fellow from Customer Care rang me up and suggested few settings change and assured that the GPRS connectivity will now work. But unfortumately, nothing happened and same old error kept coming on my handset's screen. I have already downloaded the latest settings from BSNL viz bsnllive, bsnlnet, bsnlmms and bsnlstream but these settings als are not of any help. Strangly, when I tried to connect through another BSNL prepaid SIM, the GPRS connectivity worked properly. Therefore, it seems that somehow my no. has been deactivated for GPRS connectivity by BSNL.

                      Since last two weeks I am not able use the BSNL GPRS services and ny daily activity is being affrected by the BSNL GPRS mess. I am looking forward to anyone who can help me out of this MESS. Please help!!

                        I have a bsnl cellone mobile no [protected].On date 02/09/2010 at 12.55 am I accessed gprs from my mobile. That time main balance shown after deducting charges of Rs. 0.37 was Rs. 55.12. I again accessed gprs at 06.35 am. That time charges of Rs. 0.02 deducted from my main balance but the balance shown is Rs.12.11. As such Rs. 43.10 excess deducted from main balance. The wrong deduction done from main balance. I have not made any call during the period. Gprs was accessed only for to check the connectivity. No response from 1503.

                        BSNL Excel — Wrong deduction from my mobile Balance

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am having BSNL mobile Excel prepaid connection No. [protected]. I have opted for Rs 606/- power for free STD to any BSNL Landline or mobile all over India scheme which is valid for One Month. I have duly recharged my connection with Rs. 606/- on 2/12/2009.

                        But form today whenever I am dialling from my number to any BSNL number outside BIhar a deduction of .50 paise per minute is made in my account. I am unable to understand this, since I am having validity till 1/1/2010.
                        Please look into the matter rectify this at the earliest as it has already caused monetary loss inspite of paying for Power voucher.

                        The Call Centre Executive of BSNL gave me Complaint # 3932932 and told that the problem has been resolved and no future deductions will be made next BSNL To BSNL STD Landline/Mobile calls, but unfortunately and to my utmost surprise amount is being deducte from my mobile balance. This is reallyvery bad state of affairs.

                        I am having a bsnl no. [protected]. Whenever I call to a specific no. [protected] then it is to be said that "all channels are busy / is root sabhi line bayast hai. But when I call to other no. [protected]. then it is be easy to call. What is happening I am not able to understand. Plz look into the mater and solve my problem. Tk you.
                        More than a year they are simply deducting an amount of Rs.22/month.For saying Job search they are deducting from my balance.Due to this I am frustrated and found to be a mental torcher

                          This is to inform you that bsnl company is cutting Rs 15 every after 15 day. bye comming a sms in which written that thankyou for downloading MVDO.

                          untill i am not downloaded. i sended sms to stop this service according to customer care by given RS.2 as an charge. but there is no effect.its cuting amount RS 15 after 15 day. why it is not stoped.
                          i allways calling to customer care but not responding/ resolved my this big problem.i have lost RS. 300 approx.

                            My Telephone no:[protected] is dead for the past fifteen days. In spite of booking of complaints at exchange no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault", whenever the malumichampatti,coimbatore exchange is approached. In the last two months in similar occasions they took 20 days to correct it. As a result, my telephone worked for 20 days only for the past 60 days. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone and broad band as usual. Kindly advise me what to do next?

                            Coimbatore Telephones — Land line Dead for four months

                            Sir,

                            I am Vijaykumar R from Coimbatore . My resident telephone comes under Chinniampalayam Exchange. My resident phone is dead from 10th of march 2010 to till date[protected].This is due to the Avinashi Road widening taken up for the Tamil World Classic Coference. Now that is ended on 27th June 2010. Even after that when I contacted the Telephone Exchange , they are not able to tell the specic date at which the telephone will be functioning.

                            The other heart burning issue is , the telephone bill comes for the full amount of Telephone rental and the Broad band connectivity charges though the meter reading says Zero for the utilised calls.There is no co ordination amoung the departments with the result even though the Chinniampalayam Exchage sent a letter /fax to the Central Billing authiority, the people handling this issue at the central office is least bothered about customer care .They say come after a week or ten days, the revised bill will be ready. The consumer stays about 30 to 40 kms away from the central office, how come they go frequently to the central office to get the revised bills. What about the travelling cost and time spent on this issue for no fault of consumer.

                            Why the department can't instruct the billing authority, when the meter reading says zero no need to send a bill . They can consult the Exchange concerned and sort out the billing issue.

                            Where is the solution to this type of treatment.

                            Why no higher authority is taking initiative in set wrighting the things?

                            This case is not only for me and hundreds of consumers in this exchange is suffering for the fast four months and still no sight of light when this apathy will end.

                            In spiteof booking of complaints at your Kurichi Telephone exchange no productive
                            action is being taken to rectify it successfully. I was told that its due to"Cable Fault",
                            THIS FAULT Was exisisting there for 6 months & department staffs are in a failed
                            situation to rectify the same.Even though they have repaired the dial tone will
                            disappear with in one hour. Absolutly no rings - Dead Condition always

                            The line inspector and helper were attended my telephone Minimum 6 times.

                            from Trichur.I have been conveying my difficulty to him and many many times I used his influence to
                            solve the Cable fault.Now that route also closed due to his retirement.

                            1. Will the problem will be rectified If yes When?
                            2. Should I pay for the period when the service was not provided ?
                            If yes Why ?
                            ( I understand that BSNL is not a charitable trust to be run
                            on donations. Because when you are a service provider you can only

                            3. Without rectifying the complaint you give false information

                            complaint is closed. Can't this be considered as a case of cheating ?
                            4. Because having believed your SMS I make commitment of
                            delivering some work through mail I am unable to do so. So I have
                            incurred a heavy loss. So who will pay the compensation?
                            5. Whom to contact to get this problem solved.Kindly give me a
                            contact who will really attend the phone.

                            BSNL Coimbatore — Shifting Delay

                            I had applied for shifting of my telephone from Ganapathy to Thudiyalur on 5th Sept 2011. Till date this has not been done. They are making me walk up and down to both the exchanges and their call centre does not have the power to accept complaints/grievances.

                            Am seriously thinking of moving to a private player.

                            My telephone number is[protected], I registered complaint in SIDCO BSNL Office on 27.9.2011. But still none of the tecnicians came to my home to look into the issue. If we not pay the telephone bill within due date, they put fine. But there is no response from BSNL telephone department so far. Someone has to take action against them. Especially in SIDCO BSNL office, service is very poor.
                            From, A.Soundarraju, My telephone no.,[protected] was not functioning for the past 30 days. It was dead or giving un tollerable noince. Totally I cannot use the phone. I gave the complaint to no., 197 daily and they will give one docket no., in the morning . By evening I will get a SMS stating that your docket no., is closed with out repairing the line. The same practice is going on for the past one week. I registered the complaint in Ttatabad II exchange and still no action is taken to set right the phone line. But as usual I will get the monthly payment bill for the unused phone line. BSNL phone is not a useful service but it is a burden for us rather than a satisfactory service. This is one sample how the Government of India under taking are functioning. Then how can we expect a good patronage the government sectors.

                            My Telephone no:[protected] is in Bell not Ringing status for the past 1 Month. In spite of booking of complaints at exchange no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault". We have missed many clients due to this & still our problem has not rectified.

                            Plan Migration:-
                            We had 5 landline connections (2303191, 92, 93, 94, 95) in our Company, but due to poor service we have terminated 3 of the landline connections. Now we are using only 2 out of 5. We have requested for Plan Change for 2 of our landline numbers i.e[protected] & 2303195 last 6 months back under Basic Plan 99(Incoming Only). But again instead of changing the plan they terminated one of our Landline connection. After several request we retained the number. Then while Bill was generated we found they have charged an installation price of Rs.500/- (The BSNL persons have treated the plan change as new connection). Still we are receiving bill in some other tariff.

I was told today by the assistant in exchange yes you have come 15 days before, whenever airforce area Kangeyampalayam coimbatore exchange is approached.they tell some stories and sometimes due to luck it gets automatically stored. We find it mostly all the connections are loosely/ temproarily wired no proper apt rooting.
                            Please check the entire area BEHIND NELLAI TRADER KANGEYAMPALAYAMyou will find tapping is done/ jumper is put, wire is twisted and loose hanging.

                            [protected], this is our landline registered under the name Mr K Padmanabhan. The telephone line from the junction box to our internal devices is damaged very badly. We asked the telephone line man of our local area to look into it and never came to our place once as couple of years back we had the same problem and when asked to correct the problem he didn't even respond and we did not give deewali bonus so from then on he never came to us ever again. Are we as Indian citizen servants of these government officials? What is that we have to do now? I son of Padmanabhan will never give a damn to that man and we are treated like this. Is this what we deserve being a citizen of India?

                              I had buy a bsnl krushi plan card before 1 month for high speed gprs. Its gprs speed is great but only for 20-25 days. Then, its gprs speed become so poor. Now i hate to myself that why i had buy this card.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have requested to shift my connection to my new home at 4/218,Chitrakoot, vaishali nagar, jaipur from my old rented place 8/42, Vidhyadhar Nagar, jaipur.

                                I registered my request on 22-july-2010, and till today their is no action from your side.


                                Since the working hour of Vaishali nager is so odd, that i have to take half day leaf from my job, I prefer the online BSNL Customer Care Portal.
                                their it shows that my connection is inactive.
                                when i go to Track MY Service Requet It shows that the Service Order Created has been issued on 22-July-2010 itself.
                                and the new telephone no. has also been issued.

                                I have tried to contact my nearest exchange at vaishali nagar, but they say that they don't have free line in my lane. Don't know how true it is or do they want any bribe to get the installation done.


                                i have already paid 1yr. advance for my Broadband connection on for it. and its more than a month and its still not installed at my new place, and i have to keep paying the bill.

                                plz somene help me inn this regard what to do, should i pay the bill nor not.

                                  i have recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs 500 top up bocher .from which i have to get a balance of 600 .but only i have get a balance 445.i have talked to customer care only they gave the complain no.[protected] but till today can't solve my problem although i have recharge my cell on 30.10.2008

                                  bsnl top-up voucher — irresponsibility of customer care

                                  i have purchased a bsnl top up voucher of worth Rs110.i tried to recharge it 3 times.All time failed. now i got a message as "invalid voucher". i was trying to contact customer care for 30 Hrs.i couldn't succeed. what should i do.
                                  I have recharged my mob . no [protected] by SBI online mobile banking facility at 30/04/2012 at evening 55 rupees two times but balance did not come to my mobile while 110 rupees deducted from my bank account. top up successful message came to my mobile at same time but balance didn't come to my mobile. Regarding this I talked to customer care but they are telling that balance will be refunded automatic in my a/c. but all vain.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am using broadband connection since last 4 months, my tel no. is[protected]. I am using the model C2110 modem. The problem is that the light of link blinks every time, it does not become stable which is necesary condition for connecting to the Internet. The light of data is always off. I complained it many times to local exchange, on the no. 1500; but I didn't get any solution. I am annoyed from this problem since approx. 25 days.

                                        i am a subscriber of BSNL Mobile Service with No.[protected].
                                        two moths before on 28.6.2010 I have subscribed Laughter Club with 12555 Service of BSNL, for that service Rs. 20 (Twenty rupees) monthly charges has been debited from my account, but no jokes has been provided to me either for listenig or reading through SMS. Again on 28.7.2010, Rs. 20/- has been debited for the same service.
                                        I have send them SMS to deactivate the same service as 'UNsublaughter Club' to [protected] ( their service centre) two times on 26.8.2010 and 27.8.2010 between 10:25 p.m. to 11:50 as suggested by the official of Toll-free No. [protected] of BSNL Call Centre and it was also got confirmed from the same Toll-free number that the service had been deactivated.
                                        But on 30.8.2010 at 5:30 P.M. again Rs.20/- has been debited from my account. Asking them about the debited amount they are not able to satisfy me and saying that your SMS for deactivation has not been received and you will got SMS about the same within 24 hours whereas earlier I was intimated that the same service is deactivated.
                                        Kindly do the needful for me and deactivate the Laughter Clus service (with your service No.12555).

                                        BSNL — Charging of Services without willing

                                        Start of Service without request and non-deactivation of the same service of Laughter Club
                                        Sir,
                                        Last day I have complaint about non-deactivating the service of Laughter Club. Today when I was searching other complaints I found the same complaint. Therefore, it should be read in a modified way as stated below:

                                        Deducted Rs.20/- without request for activation of Laugther Club with Service No.12555
                                        A call on 28.6.2010 has been received on my phone no.[protected]. When I press key for hearing, no sound has been heared, I repeated hello, hello but no answer has been received. After some time call ended and after few minutes a message has displayed on my phone mentioning that ' thankyou for subscription of Rs 20/- for Laugther Club and Rs.20/- has been charged and deducted from my account for one month. I am surprised how can BSNL has deducted Rs.20 because I have never press any button for activiate this service. Without my activation request Rs.20/- has been deducted by BSNL. It is fraud.
                                        Again on 28.7.2010 Rs.20/- has been charged for continuing/renewing the same service without my willing.
                                        When enquiring about the Service from Service Centre and requesting to deactivate the same service they told SMS-"UNsublaughter club" to Message Centre from where you had got message regarding renewing/continuing the Laughter Club Service. I have two times send SMS as mentioned above to Message Centre No.[protected] on dated 26.8.2010 and 27.8.2010 between 10:25 to 10:50 P.M.and also got confirmation regarding receipt of SMS through officials of Service Centre Toll-free Number [protected]. After that I have not got any SMS as was told by the Service Centre Officials. But again on dated 30.8.2010 at 5:30 Rs.20/- has been deducted from my account. Through SMS it was intimated that 'thank you for renewing the Laughter Club Service'.
                                        After that I have enquired the Official about that but they have not satisfied me and again given new number for deactivation. I have send SMS to BSNL on the new number but It was displayed that 'SMS sending was failed' but they have charged Rs.2/- for the same.

                                        Earlier when I was enquiring about deactivating the Laughter Club Service the Service Centre official suggested me to press such and such I have innocently followed and after some time I have got SMS that Rs.50/- was charged for Mega Pack subscription.
                                        when enquiring about the this Mega Pack they have not responded in a proper manner and yet not given satisfactory information about the same.
                                        Sir, kindly do needful to return my unwilling deducted amount and conveyed my complaints to higher authority before BSNL again debit some amount from account for next month. I have also contacted custmer care spending hours but they are responding properly and giving me wrong number through which I am unable to deactivate the above mentioned service.

                                        BSNL — Deactivation of Laughter Club services

                                        sir,
                                        Namaste,
                                        Kindly refer to my complaints dated 31.8.2010 & 1.9.2010 on the same subject.
                                        In this continuation,
                                        I was further suggested by Toll-free No. [protected] of BSNL service centre to SMS at 56300 as UNSUBJOKE and I have tried two times, Ist on 31.8.2010 at 11 P.M. and I have got message that "This service is not available at the moment, please try after some time". Again I tried on 2.9.2010 at 9:30 P.M. but I have got message that "This service is not available for your Operator" and Rs.2/- has been debited from account for the same at both attempts.
                                        then I again asked the Service Official why this happened.
                                        Then One Official named Sachin suggested to phone at 12630034 for deactivation and you will be charged 30 paise per minute. I asked why earlier person suggested 56300 for SMS and Rs.2/- has been debited from accounts then the Phone has been put down by the official.
                                        sir, Please do as earlier as possible for deactivation of this Laughter Club service from my mobile
                                        and also my account will be credited of the same account for what I have been wrongly charged.
