yes bsnl ppl is very careless they don't know vaue of thier customer i m also suffering from a problem from 3days that when i want to make conference between two calls it replied me "request rejected". I also gave a complain. The complain no. is 6169918.
when I have called to 1503 they don't receive the call. And from other no they received. And till now they reply me please wait. what is happening sir? Like this if they treat the customers are desatisfied.

whenever i tried to call bsnl customer care about any problems of services by them they are busy from last 10 days and they kept calls on hold there not like any private telecom not response from customer care nor they are intrested to speak about problems of customers please take neccesary action on these people and give me better feedbackBSNL Telecommunications — Neglect of Complaints

Sir, i am feeling very sorry to say that even after calling and talking to so many authorities my complain for for BSNL Live TV conection has not been solved. It is my kind request to please look into the matter and help me to get BSNL Live TV on my moblie.

BSNL — RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE and NOT GETTING SERVICE WHILE I AM PAYING FOR THE SAME
Hi I am Rahul Gera and i have been using BSNL Prepaid Wireless Internet(usb micromax modem) for the past few months. I am getting a very slow speed for the past 2 weeks. I have been calling BSNL again and again but when I talk to the cstmr service, they are very rude and talk to me in such a manner as they are a gangster, they shout at me too. Most of the times they hang up on me. I am very angry, frustrated and disturbed due to such a behaviour of BSNL people. I have spent so much money in calling them. Please tell me that what should I do...???My BSNL Internet Number on which i have a problem> [protected]
I would like you to take such an action on them so that they will never ever misbehave with the customers like me. I know that if i am facing this problem then it means others are facing the same too. So please help.....

for the last two months our landline phone has not worked, i have given a compliant for three times to the sector exchange DEVAKOTTAI, but they did not give me no response, this is not at all good good for such a big network, very bad customer service, please instruct them to attend the fault.
