[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — No response

Dear sir,
for the last two months our landline phone has not worked, i have given a compliant for three times to the sector exchange DEVAKOTTAI, but they did not give me no response, this is not at all good good for such a big network, very bad customer service, please instruct them to attend the fault.

yes bsnl ppl is very careless they don't know vaue of thier customer i m also suffering from a problem from 3days that when i want to make conference between two calls it replied me "request rejected". I also gave a complain. The complain no. is 6169918.
when I have called to 1503 they don't receive the call. And from other no they received. And till now they reply me please wait. what is happening sir? Like this if they treat the customers are desatisfied.

whenever i tried to call bsnl customer care about any problems of services by them they are busy from last 10 days and they kept calls on hold there not like any private telecom not response from customer care nor they are intrested to speak about problems of customers please take neccesary action on these people and give me better feedback

BSNL Telecommunications — Neglect of Complaints

Despite filing complaints with BSNL about problems with my broadband connection, there has been no response. I have filed the complaint about five or six times, but no one is responding. Despite paying for a fast plan, my speeds are dead slow. I request that action be taken against the company.

BSNL — customer care

regarding customer support it is the worst network. to make complaints we have to wait on hold for more than 40 min.and the response from the executives is also the worst.

BSNL — carelessness of customer care executives

When i have any problem i used to call to the customer care no. of bsnl. The call is always on wait and nobody picks it up. I just want a strong action against this careless attitude of bsnl...!!!

there is a serivece named HAMSHAKAL SERVICE has been activated to my bsnl no. and it cut 10 rs from my balance.I want to deactivate that service plz reply me as soon

Sir, i am feeling very sorry to say that even after calling and talking to so many authorities my complain for for BSNL Live TV conection has not been solved. It is my kind request to please look into the matter and help me to get BSNL Live TV on my moblie.

BSNL — RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE and NOT GETTING SERVICE WHILE I AM PAYING FOR THE SAME

Hi I am Rahul Gera and i have been using BSNL Prepaid Wireless Internet(usb micromax modem) for the past few months. I am getting a very slow speed for the past 2 weeks. I have been calling BSNL again and again but when I talk to the cstmr service, they are very rude and talk to me in such a manner as they are a gangster, they shout at me too. Most of the times they hang up on me. I am very angry, frustrated and disturbed due to such a behaviour of BSNL people. I have spent so much money in calling them. Please tell me that what should I do...???

bsnl ppl is very careless they don't know value of their customer i m facing the same problem in our prepaid connection my cell no-[protected] i m using only data connection for internet only .i call c.care at least 10 times a days every person of c.care ask me the different solution. but no one solve my problem.
