BSNL Dataone Broadband — Error 678: Connection to Remote server failed
I have lodged at least five complaints (at the call centre) for the last two months on the above error appearing everytime I try to connect to internet. The problem still remains unresolved. I am totally dissatisfied with BSNL broadband services and decided to discontinue immediately.BSNL Dataone Broadband — modem suddenly switches off automatically.
Sir, I have a Net Connection through dataone broadband of BSNL. The modem, a product of ZTE, suddenly switches off automatically in the middle. Secondly, my Net hangs just as a computer sometimes hangs and does not work at all. My BSNL landline number is[protected]. I am using 500C broadband plan from BSNL. PC is running in XP and when I start my PC, I am able to surf for 3-4 mins then line gets disconnected. Every time I have to restart the PC and I get connection for 3-4 mins. Modem (192.168.1.1) stops pinging after 3-4 mins. But when I work in Windows 2000, every thing is fine and I get good speed. Problem is only in Windows XP. What may be the problem?

BSNL DATAONE — Bad Net Connection
I am having BSNL 500C plan of dataone intenet connection. The connection is giving very problem. It is disconnectiong always without any reason. it is problem to reconnect always. iam losing importanat data due to this problem. While dowloading a file it is suddenly disconnecting and the download stops. i have to reconnect and start from beginning. so please check this problem for me. BSNL — Unable to connect to net
I have taken the BSNL dataone broadband service in the month of april 2009. there after I came to know that it is foolish to use BSNL services. they are very careless and they even not respond for complaints. I am not getting net from 5 days. I have already complained to the local line man. but he is also not taking any action. I am getting an error that numbered 691. so please help me even after reading the complaint. BSNL is having a good network, but why it is not getting popularity is that because of the employees' laziness. i think your land phone must be have a noise...

bsnl broad band are very poor service on number . net any time disconeted and speed is very very poor .
BSNL DATAONE — Broadband connection not working
My broadband connection is not working for more than a week. My complaint no. is Y 2189. The ADSL light is not glowing on my modem. Please restore my connection. My internet connection is not good. from the day i Got connected the phone is working when net is in use. I hear big hourable sound . Please i request bsnl for clearing my problem. The Bsnl employers in hoskote are not responding to my complent.

BSNL dataone has frequent error 678 - remote server not responding - problem especially in the early morning hours of 4-6 am as if the server went to sleep. It throws your work out of gear. Undependable if you are using it for work
I have purchased a NIC card for internet from BSNL office, me shifting home to hoskote is there NIC SIGNAL IN HOSKOTE
i am not able to access gmail, orkut, google searches and its related sites..
BSNL DataOne Broadband — Faulty broadband connection not being corrected
My BSNL Broadband connection in Magarpatta City, Pune has not been working since 22nd December 2009. Numerous complaints have been filed in this regard but no action has so far been taken to redress the issue. While I am being charged every month for my broadband connection. Please get something done as this has been causing great inconvenience. I AM HAVING THE SAME TROUBLE...AS EXPLAINED ABOVE
B.S.N.L DATAONE — Not responding to complaints
Despite of repeatable complaints of link failure of the broad band service there is no positive feed back from the company,they sometime contact over telephone thats all never send any representative.1 week ago they have confirmed that the problem was solved but today(18.04.2011) I am again facing the same problem.And it has been continuing science February 2011.Although it is a Govt. company then also I am expecting some positive response.my broadband no is[protected].thanks strongly support..
