hey bro, i also have similar problem on that day (10th april)
i call bsnl customer care they said refund not possible so he told to wait 13 days to process the compliant and on 15th april again 5 rs was deducted from my mob bal .. I am helpless ... Can anybody help???

I have the sim of BSNL No. i.e. [protected], my balance is deducted many times from the last 3-4 months, every time a new service is activated on my number unknowingly without my permission and when i contact with customer care , they didn't response me correctly.

My no. is [protected]. I don't know what the hell is Boss Ka Toss, just a messasge comes and my Rs.8 is deducted from the balance; but i didn't subscribe for any Boss ka Toss. You are running such a big company and you do such fraud things with the customers. Customer care people just say your complaint number has been lodged and you will get a message but i didn't get any message & when i call the next day they don't even give the complaint number. Its such a cheap act deducting balance from your so-called valuable customers' account without any reason!! JUST REFUND MY MONEY

Some kind of VOLT Service n stuff deducted Rs 25/- every time for which I never requested for the service, not even in my dream.
The best part is, when I tried to reach 1503, 198, [protected], [protected], [protected]...All these numbers are getting connected, giving options to a certain level, BUT GETTING DISCONNECTED Automaticaly when we are trying to launch a complain or speak with Customer Care Rep.

As I have not activated any services but BSNL have deducted 45 rs balance for cricket pack since last 3 months i.e 15 rs/month(30/3/2013, 30/4/2013, 30/5/2013) & i want to activate DND service and also my 45 rs back in my talk time but not able to connect customer care.

I am a Bsnl cell. user customer. I had a balance of Rs.900 approx. in my cell, no. [protected] on date 25.-06-2013. My service provider sent me 13 sms at the same time that some service is acctivated on your no. and deduct Rs. 695 from my balance. Co. sent me the following sms;-
Dear customer, your subscription to nexGTv Gold Pack of validity 30 days has been renewed and you have been charged Rs. 99 (five time, means 99*5 = Rs. 495) 2. Dear customer your subscription to nexGTv Sony Pack of validity 30 days has been renewed and you have been charged Rs. 25 ( eight time, means 25*8= Rs. 200)
Sir, I talked to the customer care reg. this, they repllied me that balance will not be refunded.I shocked. I have fade up with Bsnl service provider due to this incident.
