[Resolved] BSNL, Dehradun — Broadband

I am using broadband , plan 750 home, on my telephone number[protected]. The download speed is between 15-25 KB/s. I have lodged written complaint about five weeks back but have failed to get a satisfactory reply from the authorities. I have spoken on telephone to the SDO of turner road exchange under whose jurisdiction my area falls and even he has not given any suitable reply on the complaint. Was this information helpful? Landline connection
Two years ago when i approached bsnl exchange at Laxmi road for a land line connection at my house in Vivekanand Gram phase -2, i was told by the officials that there are some problems in providing landline connection right now, and i should take a WLL connection instead for the time being, which will be converted to landline very soon.Thus left with no option i agreed for the WLL connection.Since then, it has been almost two years, and i have requested all the concerned staff of Laxmi road exchange including the SDE, a number of times, to convert my connection to a landline but to no avail.Meanwhile many people in my neighbourhood have been provided landline cnnection after me.A WLL connection without broadband is useless for me and i am contemplating to surrender the same very soon.My wll no is[protected].Is this the way bsnl is going to survive.Is any body in bsnl listening ???
