Complaint for Basic Phone[protected]
Our landline phone no. is[protected]
Our phone and broadband is not working from almost 25 days.
We filled complaint regarding this problem several times through telephone and personally also but to no response. I called SDO and many others but nothing happened.

Even I spoke to GM BSNL on phone number[protected] twice, a lady answered the call and she said bills would be waiver for this period and phone would work by evening, But nothing happened.

I'm amazed with the kind or ir-responsiveness these guys have. They don't even know how to talk to the customer.

I am not getting bill of landline phone continuously every month. Your deptt had not issue the bills for the month January 2014 & Febuary 2014. Now i got invoice no. [protected], dated 03.04.2014 for Rs 849/-( Three Months).
I am working at Delhi in a pvt concern. So I can not go to your office for getting duplicate Bill.

You are requested to arrange to issue telephone Bill continuously every month. So that i could deposit the same on time.

Sir,

My new connection number is [protected] which I got in 10 days before and its not working at all. I have tried to call bsnl person whose number is [protected], Making me fool from last 5 days and may be looking for some money. I have called to customer care as well. I really like to able the govt broadband facility but such type of incident are really bad impression for customer. And what they are saying Mr Rajesh ([protected]) is not creating OLT. I request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful asap.

Our land line phone no. is[protected]
Our phone is not working from 3rd April, 2015 it is almost 28 days.
We filled complaint regarding this problem several times personally as well as through
telephone to the concerned office at Shakti khand, Indirapuram. Even I met SDO but nothing happened.

And I have complained on line vide complain reg. no. [protected], but no response.

Now The concerned SDO offices staff said, better you talk to GM, Ghaziabad Telcome, he only can do something.
What can be done now?

Dear Sir,

I am a 84 year old retired Govt Officer. I had surrendered my BSNL Broadband connection in July 2020.
I received refund details as below- ( Refund details RE[protected] amt. Rs. 1707/- dated[protected]
Tel No[protected] in the name of Krishan Kumar Kakkar.

But till today I have not received my money inspite of many visits to your RDC, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad Office.
Can someone in BSNL help me?
