BSNL/ Gprs Services "plan 199" — NOT WORKING GPRS ON CELLONE

DEAR SIR,
Respectfullly I state that I had Put an request through SMS for Activating GPRS (plan 199) which had been activated also on 17/02/2008.But, till today also I Haven't been able to use the GPRS facility on My Mobile[protected] ad in these 20 days I had made a several complaint, every time I had given a new complaint Number and a promise to solve my problem in 24 hours but, it haven't been solved till yet.
NOW I HAD GIVEN WRITTEN COMPLAINT TODAY TO CUSTOMER CARE,KATNI.
I REQUEST YOU PLS. ARRANGE FOR SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

how do u activate the plan 199 GPRS by sms ?

I had activated GPRS on 17th January 2009 morning and I started using at 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. at night same day I had used only two hours and 200/- [two hundred rupees ] deducted from my account.

how it is posible i do not know

Same problem with me... After several written applications gprs-199 not activated on my no. [protected]... Very poor service of BSNL

dear sir
i am using bsnl students plan "prepaid" 6 months now even though i cant use the gprs in my phone, , always showing error messages when taking gprs, , , my phone is nokia e71, am in kerala
errors showing is
"web:page not found
check web adress"
another error is
"packetdata:packet data not available.check network services"


is there is any solution for it..the amount available in my sim is above 500rs..
