Full GPRS was activated in the third week of dec, 2007 but inspite of about 10 calls and assurance the setting has been received though I have been billed and paid for the services. I would like to add that from GAYA in BIHAR it is a herculean task to get connected to the customer care number and each time one has to wait for several minutes before getting someone to attend. I am using bsnl prepaid (monthly) internet service, but few days ago I have lost my internet conctivity because of careless attitude bsnlcare. They suggested me to delite my previous setting. I have registered my complain to bsnl care on[protected]. My complain No. is L05932309. But department could not provide me a new setting. Please solve my setting related problem so that I can use my internet with PC.
