I have visited bsnl customer care centre on 28/07/2010 regarding 3g data card purchase
at Rajkot . lohanagar( bhaktinagar) gujarat. There was customer care centre timing was 8.30 am
to 7 pm. But there was no staff at counters. I complain about that then i got answer that all
officers and other person will come at 10 am. and They came at 10.10 am. I give them written
complain regarding that then customer relationship manager replied me that only billing time
is 8.30...If he is true then why company make a note of customer care centre timing is 8.30 am to 7 pm. We get toooo much trouble for that. so kindly take some action even they didnt give me
reply again my written complain. so kindly do needful
how to communicate with customers. my mo. no. [protected]

even i mail my complain to higher authorities of BSNL. just one reply i got is that, we have forward your complain to gujarat circle. nothing else

Hello Sir,
We are contacting you because of cancellation of BSNL broadband. We have already applied cancellation of Broadband on 10th Nov-2020. Also visited multiple times to BSNL office (Raiya Tele Exchange - Rajkot) for that. Already filled the form and had discussion with Alka Bhatt and she
confirm that its cancelled. But we got new bill with broadband charges. I am not sure how many times i need to visit to BSNL office for this.
Kindly cancel the broadband connection and remove extra charges applied in current bill. I have attached broadband cancellation form that i have filled on 10th Nov - 2020 for your reference. Below are the details of my account.
