I cannot check my account usage for the past one week in www.bbservice.bsnl.in.Please look into the issue. i have 199 plane of gprs. recently i have changed my mobile phone, i did not access the net, even though i have the setting of gprs.Also the setting delivered on my set, there is no ip adddress of bsnlgprs.
Sir, I want to know my account number for my post paid mobile no is [protected]. Please send me as early as possible.

Suppose you are getting your mobile bill through Email then the downloaded bill ask for BSNL account number.
To get the BSNL account number simply download the given bill from the Email received.
If the name of the given bill is suppose "XXXXXXXXX_YYYYYYYYY_.PDF"
Then the password required to open the BSNL Mobile invoice or bill is XXXXXXXXX
