[Resolved] BSNL ITC Card — Was cheated by BSNL

I am visiting Bangalore from California. My husband wanted a calling card to call the US from Mumbai. I called the BSNL Malleshwaram office and explained the situation to the lady to answered the phone. Ms. Nagamani (the lady who answered the phone) informed me that I could purchse the BSNL ITC card that could be used by my husband to call from an MTNL landline to call the United States. So I drove down to the office and purchased the card worth Rs 500 + tax of Rs 62. While buying the card I asked Ms Nagmani again if I could use the card from Mumbai and she reconfirmed. I brought the card home and tried calling but the call didnt go thru..so I called the helpline. After speaking to 7 different customer services, I was told that I could use the card only from a BSNL landline!! I went back to the BSNL office and complained to the SDE Ms Rohini. Their solution to this situation after admitted that it was a mistake on their part was: A) Peddle the card to someone else..maybe to some friend or relative!! B) Use a PCO to call the US! There was utter chaos and miscommuniation in the office. Please DO NOT BUY THE BSNL CALLING CARDS. They are out to cheat the people Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I can not call to mumbai (MTNL Lines)from ITC card.
Also I can not avail the facility of toll free number from my Telephone as toll free number are such facility to the customer that certain comp[any or oraganisation are already paid the charge of that please provide

i purchase an itc bsnl which doesnt connect to an international line and automatically deducts balance amount.1 rs. per beep pf engage tone.
toll free number doesnt work-says linez busy.

i purchased a ITC card... the scratch number was not seen clearly and then i called customer care.. there is no proper response and they itself dont know clearly about it. i told the serial number, in other networks i[censored] tell serial no. they ll inform the scratch no. and the complaint ll recover within one day.. so plz people dont use BSNL by wasting our vauluable money.. use private networks like airtel, docomo, vodafone, etc, , ,

toll free number doesnt work-says It expires the time limit and hangs up..
I also lost oney while buying online, webpage said time out.
Wasted money and time.
Rs110/- no card
another Rs110/-, no calls going through, but money is getting deducted.

BSNL ITC Card — LOST PIN NUMBER OF ITC CARD

I bought one ITC BSNL Chennai Telephones for Rs 100. While scratching for the secret PIN the number was removed and I did'nt get the PIN. The serial No of the ITC card is YEA0211732 and PSN No is [protected]. Kindly provide the secret PIN for using the ITC card......
