[Resolved]  BSNL — want username and password for http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal

sir,
am a brroadband user of bsnl, but i forgot my password, at the same time, to reset it, they are asking me the id, i forgot the id as i had registered few years ago, so am unable to view my account. what should i do to retrieve my acccount?

Myself is Mr. Rajib Chanda & I am from Kolkata (West Bengal) as I have one BSNL Broadband connection as well as one land line connection. Few days back I have been registered in self care portal of BSNLfor accessing all the details of landline as well broadband, the link where I registered as per follows:

But now onwards unfortunately I have not used my profile even I was tried al the options for resetting the password but every time I got some error, hence my humble request to all of you could you please reset my password and let me know.

how to know the bsnl selfcare username... recover the password but didnt know the Selfcare Usename

and still does't receiver username and password.So i can't check my broadband usage without this account .send me quickly send usrname and password. for this
customer id. at the e-mail address specify in the form.
