[Resolved]  BSNL Kanpur — dead of landline no 2536753

I have commercial land line connection no.2690023, with broadband facility, installed at G-6, Panki Site-4, Kanpur, under jurisdiction of Ratanlal nagar exchange, and sub-exchange panki Kanpur.

My problem is that the brodaband connectivity is interrupted every 2 minutes from last 15 days. This problem is due to huge losses in our business because of our nature of business export, and almost all have work to do to the Internet.

I've complaint this information to all responsible persons of the your department i.e. Mr. Rajaram, SDO Ratanlal Nagar, & Mr. Harish, Panki exchange but to date this problem has not been settled.

I am facing problem from last 15 days, I sincerely hope this problem will be settled soon.

Therefore you requested to please do needful act & take relevant action in this regard.

My Kanpur number 2235853 is out of order for more than 1 month. Main problem is non working of my broadband Internet. Pl correct it urgently.

My telephone no.[protected] is not working last 40 days I have complaint to bsnl call centre and 1094 also but no response till date. Pl look into the matter.
